酒店設施及衛生都很好，但因沒有冷氣，被子又太保暖，蓋了很熱，不蓋又很冷，所以整晚都不能入睡！

We booked this as Best Western have always been a great brand, what a disaster! On arrival it looked like we’d turned up in an abandoned war zone, derelict building next door and the grounds were untended, grass not cut. Every flower bed full of weeds and the plant pots by the door just full of soil, no plants, while in the window they proudly advertise their food hygiene rating of 1!!! For a ‘3 star hotel’ the reception was impressive and as it should be but no staff and we had to wait nearly 10 minutes before somebody arrived. Hopes still high then we noticed the sign saying the pool and spa was shut for renovation, although no workmen on site. We then went to our room, which must have been OK in the 1970s when it was last decorated, to see a TV hanging at a jaunty 10 degree angle with the mounting brackets sticking out 2” on one side and 3 on the other. Luckily I had spanner’s in the boot so fixed this, heaven knows how many years it’s been like that. Our sea view did look over the sea, but also the derelict and vandalised huge old pub next door and our entertainment consisted of watching gangs of feral teens throwing glass into the flat roof on the floor below us and tearing off roof panels from the pub. What an absolute mess of a hotel.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, but very hot, even though two portable fans were provided, because the heating pipes were permanently on, but even so, the availability of hot water was unreliable. Lovely view of the beach and across the bay to The Mumbles.

The location is great . The food and service is excellent. Hotel is a little tired and has a few layers of paint . Bed was comfortable. Shower overbath was usable the water was generally hot but fluctuated. Would probably stay again as the price of the room reflected this.

Stayed overnight to be close to the office. Reception is nice, clean, spacious. However there was a £10 extra charge for my pet which I only found out at check in. The room was very dated. It was extremely hot. As soon as I entered I turned the radiator to the lowest setting, opened the window as wide as possible and it was still far too warm hours later. There was an event on so the music was loud and worse from the open window. No ironing board or iron- had to request these. Brought my own water for my dog and because the room was so warm even it was roasting

The outside of the hotel looked a bit unpleasant but inside it looked beautiful but if you looked in the rooms there were stains on the bed frames, curtains and the water pressure was awful

Hotel a bit dated and in need of refurbishment, on arrival saw the food hygiene rating was a 1 but we ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel which was fine, plenty of choice at breakfast and the food was hot, eggs cooked to order! Room was clean good bed and pillows swimming pool and spa was closed The whole area is quite run down don't let first impressions put you off.

Like it’s proximity to the beach it’s a safe place to stay staff are friendly and helpful Breakfast great. Food from restaurants very nice fresh staff willing to help with dietary needs

Room smelt quite musty when I walked in. I gave up on a shower in the morning as it was running for over 5 minutes & was tepid at best. Evening meal & breakfast was great, nice friendly staff throughout

Don't let the outside appearance put you off. The staff were lovely, it was nice and warm, very clean and nicely decorated. The walls are a bit thin though so the sound proofing is not great.

Havnt been here for quite some time. Big revamp makes a big difference. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. One issue was the room was very warm. Even when the radiators were tyrned off. However they did provide a fan. Evening Food was good, breakfast was ok, with the exception of the poached egg, that was perfect.
