overall very good, air conditioning would be nice and while we were there there was no elevator, clean, good price,no daily room service just 3 in 10 days, but extra towels etc were easy to get

Wonderful getaway with our dog

We had a wonderful two night stay at the Sundance Lodge. We picked this hotel as it is pet friendly. The room we had was spacious and it is awesome to have the small balcony and kitchen. For us it would have been even better to have one bed in the room and a sofa where there other bed was. We very much enjoyed having the doors to the balcony open and having that outside space. The bed is comfortable and everything is very clean.

We had a lovely stay at the sundance hotel! Very cute and cozy. Gave older but rustic vibes. We were a bit disappointed the hot tub was only open until 4pm and the cost of parking but overall our stay was good. It was also very hot as the rooms were not air conditioned, would obviously not be a problem in the winter.

Should have stayed in Kamloops

Service was poor. Staff sat in lobby talking in their cell phone while I waited at front desk to checkout. That staff member had bare feet on the furniture in the lobby. Parking garage is very messy. No air conditioner. Parking is $24 per night. Furniture in room is very tired and worn. No breakfast offered and cafe didn’t open until 8:30. The worst part was the room had a half round window with no curtain. At 5:30 in the morning the room was filled with day light. I would avoid this hotel. Stay in Kamloops instead. I have stayed at over a dozen hotels in the past 2 months and this is the worst.

A mountain getaway

We loved our stay here. The room was quiet and the beds were very comfy. We had a balcony looking over the village. It was wonderful to be up in the mountains and there's so much to do here.

The first of many

The location is perfect. The gondolas are right there. Located right in the village. The staff are friendly. The double bed room was big and the bed was comfortable. There is a kitchen with stoves and everything you need in the kitchen minus the groceries. There was no special event when we’re there so the village was not crowded and there were plenty of underground parking. We will be back.

Perfect location

Great location! An older building but still clean and comfortable. Kitchenette has the option to cook meals. Great coffee shops right next door. And a stones throw to the lift.
