This hotel is truly incredible. The spa and the pool was the highlight of my trip. The staff in the spa were so welcoming and friendly and Patrick was amazing! There were some female staff in the Lounge that were not very nice in regards to letting us take food and/or drinks to our room and told us that we are not allowed to do that? That was unpleasant and didn’t make sense to us when we saw others with to-go boxes taking food and beverage to their room. The amenities are wonderful though. Beautiful building and decor!

Five Star Service

The service was outstanding! I would come back just for the amazing staff, who were friendly and very helpful. They suggested the best restaurant recommendation of our trip. The upstairs pool and spa were also a relaxing highlight. We enjoyed the central location, hotel restaurant, and lobby bar. Truly a luxurious and restful retreat.
