Enjoyable stay in a great location

Great location close to Miraflores main square. Lots of restaurants and shops and very close to the information centre, and close to the meeting point for a lot of the local tours. We could even walk down to the beach, with a little uphill effort getting back. Breakfast was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very smooth check in and check out. Everything was clean and furniture seemed newer or kept in great condition. Just had sort of an “Ikea furniture” feel to it, not luxurious. The family of 3 room was small and open. Stepping out of the shower you were exposed to the rest of the room. I wish there was some shelving around the sink to put cosmetics and bathroom items. Overall quiet despite being in a somewhat busy area- nicely insulated walls and windows. Beds were soft and clean. I slept great. Giving it a 3 stars but it is 10/10 for cleanliness and staff friendliness

The room was clean but the bathroom was starting to need attention. The floor shower titles were loose. The sink leaked a little. Overall it was fine for one night. Location was great.

El hotel cumple con lo esperado, salvo el desayuno, que fue bastante desastroso. En teoría abría a las 6:00, y a las 6:30 aún no lo habían colocado por completo. Además tiene poca variedad y calidad, es sin duda su punto débil a mejorar.

Terrible service

One of the worst experiences. I've stayed in several hotels in Miraflores once I visited Lima for business quite often and this was the worst service I've received here. I've booked with dinner included and they offered me one single dish with any option or even dessert or started (that was corrected after a claim on the 2nd night). During the check-out, I asked for an invoice/receipt (as always). It was asked to wait a bit... I waited almost two hours working there before I left with the promise of getting the invoice by e-mail until the end of the day... After 2 days and several calls, they sent me an invoice with the wrong value (60 USD less than the value I've paid). Definitely, will never go back.

Ótimo hotel. Extremamente confortável e bem localizado. A cama e o chuveiro são maravilhosos. O café não é padrão brasileiro. Ficaria de olhos fechados. Pessoal da recepção muito educado e nos deixaram entrar antes do check in. Isso fez toda diferença pq pegamos vários voos para chegar e conseguimos descansar para depois passear.
