The room was clean but the bathroom was starting to need attention. The floor shower titles were loose. The sink leaked a little. Overall it was fine for one night. Location was great.

The property is new and clean but the rooms are very small . we were 3 adults and we were give a room with a double bed and bunker bed. Toilet and bathroom are very very small and no option to look the toilet and bathrooom which are separate in the same room.

One of the worst experiences. I've stayed in several hotels in Miraflores once I visited Lima for business quite often and this was the worst service I've received here. I've booked with dinner included and they offered me one single dish with any option or even dessert or started (that was corrected after a claim on the 2nd night). During the check-out, I asked for an invoice/receipt (as always). It was asked to wait a bit... I waited almost two hours working there before I left with the promise of getting the invoice by e-mail until the end of the day... After 2 days and several calls, they sent me an invoice with the wrong value (60 USD less than the value I've paid). Definitely, will never go back.

Ótimo hotel. Extremamente confortável e bem localizado. A cama e o chuveiro são maravilhosos. O café não é padrão brasileiro. Ficaria de olhos fechados. Pessoal da recepção muito educado e nos deixaram entrar antes do check in. Isso fez toda diferença pq pegamos vários voos para chegar e conseguimos descansar para depois passear.

Super clean, excellent WIFI - which is perfect as all other places we stayed in Peru had not great WIFI, great staff who helped me when my phone was stolen by a motorcyclist outside the hotel. The breakfast was cute and delicious though I do not think there were eggs, there were these tiny ham and cheese croissants. Very clean and great location near Kennedy Park.

Not usual Eurostars standard, staff not great at listening. Airport Transfer is a scam. They got us a bigger car than we needed and driver kept adding new charges along the way. Avoid!

I would highly suggest staying at this hotel. The room was very clean and quiet even being in a busier part of the city. The hotel is near great restaurant options as well as close to Kennedy Park and many other sites! The breakfast was small but great and the staff was lovely! Thank you to Sayuri and Shulin for your amazing hospitality and going above and beyond.

Es un hotel nuevo con muy buena atención. Lo que si es súper ruidosa la Ubicación y todos los días habían ruidos a las 7 am (inclusive los domingos) me dejaron en un segundo piso y pedí más arriba para reducir el ruido y no habia posibilidad. Recomiendo dormirte temprano y tratar de descansar porque además en los pasillos hay ruido y se siente todo en las habitaciones. Tienen un tema con la electricidad que sus enchufes eléctricos queman los cargadores al momento de apagar las luces generales de la habitación para que tengan cuidado. Expresé esto al momento del check out y no hubo preocupación por esto, y con lo costosos que son los cargadores de iPhone recomiendo tener cuidado.
