A Nice Hotel

The staff are nice and helpful. The one who do the cleaning was cleaning everywhere in the room, even the area under the bed and the wall, which was impressive. One bad thing is that if people talk loudly, we could hear what they say very clearly at night. Quite stuffy at night. Close to the termini. Have elevator. Overall, good to stay.

Udmærket. Man får hvad man kan regne med, når man booker et 2 stjernet hotel. Placeringen af hotellet er fantastisk. 5-15 minutters til mad, metro, tog, hop on hop off og shuttle bus. Generelt var vi rigtig tilfredse. Det eneste rigtige minus efter vores mening og behov, er at nogle af værelserne har fælles toilet og badeværelse på gangen. Og så ligger hotellet på 3. Sal Vi kan anbefale hotel texas til dem som kun bruger hotellet til at bade og sove

Området är perfekt men bekvämhet saknas

Fantastiskt området, nära till allt. Rent rum även om den är gammalt rum. Receptionen var hjälpsam med informationen. Det som är dåligt är inget bekväm när man vill sova för man hör allt från andra rum eller de som går i korridoren.

Highly recommended

We were greeted with a very pleasant staff. Very accomodating. The room and bed is bigger than expected. The structure is quite old but well maintained. Close to metro,bus stops,restaurants and tourist attractions. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is not suitable for tourists, the room does not have air conditioning, only very noisy fans to sleep in, it does not have a refrigerator or television, the bathroom is old, the ceiling is peeling... the elevators are very old and you have to take a course to be able to open and close the doors... I feel cheated since I paid for four nights and only stayed one.

My wife and I liked the location and Rudi was very helpful. However, the two rooms we were offered were nothing like portrayed on the Expedia site. The first room had a shabby carpet with a grubby ensuite. The second room had a tiled floor, better ensuite but no room to move. We asked for an upgrade the following morning and were told nothing would be available for at least a couple of days. We opted for a larger room without a toilet. Not our preferred our chosen option. However, the room was cleaned daily as were the shared toilet/bathroom facilities.

The staff is really nice but we had to book another hotel from the second night onwards because the infrastructure is not adequate for the weather. Rome is really hot and this hotel seriously need to invest in AC and refreshments. Again, the staff is nice but we had to duplicate expenses in accommodation, regardless of your age and motive of visit it’s not right to sleep in those conditions.

NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH HOTEL TEX!!! Cleanliness was excellent. Management was outstanding. All but Vatican City within walking distance. Safe area late at night. Restaurants galore. Quaint, charming, simple, older, local hotel.

Literally Old like Rome!

Very old hotel. "Nothing is automatic". Nice staff and owner but the place needs a lot of upgrades. Stayed here because it was the only option in the area well under $200/night. Water pressure didn’t work half the time which was very frustrating! This also meant the "shared" bathrooms were both lets say 'full' and unusable and a bad way to start the day. No breakfast offered (ni appetite afterwards) or credit card machine working either. With the revenue they receive there is absolutley no excuse for all this! Plz fix and relaunch.

Struttura a due passi da via nazionale, quindi ottima posizione. Struttura vecchia e non molto accogliente, assenza di asciugacapelli, sapone liquido,tappetini per la doccia. Moquette rovinata e assenza di acqua per un giorno, oltre che problemi dello scarico. Letto scomodissimo.

Trevlig personal men när jag filtrerade på endast hotell antog jag att badrum ska finnas på rummet. Det gjorde det inte, den var delad med andra ute i korridor. Det är ett våningsplan av diverse rum. Väldigt kallt, luktade både unket och mat från kinarestaurangen nedanför.

Hotel have simple standars, nothing special but if you need only for sleep is ok. We have a bad experience because we don't have a water per 2 days and no one inform us about that. We feel very frustrated and get only apologise, no refund has been given. The rest was ok, clean and service was ok. Close to all attractions.
