The location was perfect! Everything was just a short walk or bike away. There’s even a bike shop a few doors down! Be prepared to hike up the steepest stairs I’ve ever seen in my life!

The staff is nice. Location good for moving around. Many things in the hotel are broken and not fixed. The bed, however was really nice and we slept very well. Bathroom was simple but large with a bath tub. Got nice warm shower. Go with low expectation and you’ll get your moneys worth.

To be honest for the price you can not complain We were 4 and the room was small but we made it work

It's a basic clean hotel within walking distance of Gare du Nord and off La Fayette street and a charming place Frans Lizst with a beautiful church. The Poissoniere metro within walking distance. Excellent bakeries near by, I used to have breakfast each time in a new one, sometimes with la good view of the church. Staff has been very helpful, a difficult situation had been resolved. Location, location, location!

Access to 1st floor & no doubt higher levels was poor. We had to cart bags up 1 flight of stairs to get to lift which was tiny, so we continued up 2nd set of stairs. No refrigerator, no tea/coffee facilities, and those provided on ground floor area, you has to pay for, so no customer consideration.Bathroom extremely small. Hand basin could be used from sitting on toilet. Overall extremely disappointing.

from the outside the hotel looks decent. but def need to realize it has 2 stars listed at the Hotel window. there was a lift but looked very uninviting. our room was ok all electrical worked but the shower was quiet treacherous. About a foot off the ground a bit slippery, held onto the sink to get out but worried the sink would rip right out of the wall. luckily no falls. there was an issue with another guest one night but it ended quickly, but allowed for a very unsecure feeling. 1 of my biggest complaints was the cooperation with the staff. most did not speak English and few made the effort to communicate. I would think a hotel would at least know the English word for a Towel. but i guess the biggest issue was the location. luckily, one end of the street felt nice and safe, but if you ended up on the other...we felt very much the opposite.

L'amabilité du personnel était exceptionnelle. La chambre était propre et confortable. L'hôtel était très calme. Tres tres bien situé. A 5 minutes même pas de la ligne 7 qui t emmène au centre en 5 min...juste une petite remarque, les canalisations sentaient un peu le renfermé.il faudrait les entretenir avec un produit... sinon c'était très bien. On y reviendra.

Il y a des punaises de lits. La propreté est à désirer. Je me gratte de partout. J’ai vu des punaises de lit en me levant le matin. L’ascenseur éteint en panne. J’ai du monter 3 étages à pied. Le petit déjeuner était médiocre. Au lieu d’ouvrir à 7h normalement, ils ont ouvert. À 7h15 prétextant que le serveur a eu des problèmes de métro….

Loftsværelse med meget skrå vægge.

Værelset lå på 6. sal med elevator kun til 4. sal. Taglejlighed med skrå vægge, så man kun kunne stå oprejst i en lille del af værelset. Pænt badeværelse, hvor toiletbrættet godt nok sad løst, og der ikke var strøm til hårtørreren. Vi måtte bede om håndklæder- dem var der ikke nogen af, da vi kom.

Les deux points positifs : le calme et la rue et de l'établissement, la literie et les oreillers. Mais 2 étoiles car : pas de télécommande, pas de serviette de toilettes, un tuyau de douche coude qui bloque le peu de debit de la douche. Un petit dej pas prêt a l heure dite, x est dommage quand on est proche d une gare.
