I had a wonderful stay at ND Hotel. The man on the desk was lovely, he went above and beyond to store my luggage prior to check in and then when I arrived later in the day to check in he had kindly taken my suitcase to my room. The room had all the basic facilities I needed: a fan and heater, a smart TV, a fridge. The only down side was the room was slightly dusty and could have done with a hoover and mop especially in places that were not initially visible by the eye eg under the bed. However, for the price it was a great stay and in a brilliant location. I will definitely be back!

Very cold, very small room where yoa are not able to close the bathroom door. No place for luggage. Photographer who took the pics of the rooms is amazing. From the photos you can not see the fact that you can not even move inside, there is just two unconfortable beds and poor shower/toilet.

The location was great! I found it almost dangerous though to climb all the way to top floor and down with luggage, especially the last set of stairs. There is no elevator. And the staff only stay until 9p. If something happened in the night, no one there!

This the first property I’ve been to where they provide pets in room. I was greeted by bugs on my bed and hairs. The room had real character also with brown and white stains around the room. I also liked the unique bathroom door one of a kind felt like having 2 entrances to the shower. Kind regards Jake

they only did clearing once during my 8 days in the hotel! I have to carry rubbish to the rubbish bin outside the hotel door. The room is very small, hardly put large luggage inside. You almost can not turn around in the small bathroom. odor smell in the toilet. the only good thing is cheap.

Do not book this property. They scam people. We were scammed to book a room for 3 adults only to find out that the room only has a double bed with not enough space to put your luggages in.

The woman on reception was nice but that was the only good thing about this hotel (which is a shame as I don’t normally give bad reviews). The room smelled of damp (I don’t feel we’ll because of it) and I broke out into hives all over my arms, hands and have a swollen eye on both nights. In the end I decided to sleep on top of the quilt and used my coat as blanket. I’ve attached a photo of a few of them as they’re easier to capture.

It was terrible place. Small room for 4, no space at all, you couldn’t even place your luggage. We arrived at night and paid 50 pounds for late check in. It wasn’t written anywhere you will pay extra money for it. The smell inside terrible. In description is written there is a terrace, but the table was dirty and chairs wet. The owner isn’t interested in good condition for guests. We tried to be outside as longer as possible not to back to the hotel. We don’t recommend this hotel to stay in. There wasn’t a window, a small part of it, because the other part of the window was broken and instead of it was plywood

I was able to check in 20 minutes early, but as soon as I stepped into the room, it was like furnace, they provided a standing fan, even though it was full blast, It didn’t cool the room down or me and my friend. The floor was cleaned, but there was a lot of dust on the skirting boards. The headboard on one of the single bed was crooked. To the right of you next to one of the single beds, the shelving unit that was attached to the wall was coming away as you could see the wall plug in the top left corner. Their heavy frosted glass door that led to the bathroom looked at dodgy and it was fixed with a broken key instead of proper knuts, which then fell with a single push. I informed the staff at the front desk when I checked out at 10ish about the above repair issues, who seemed a bit blasé about it after I informed them he said flippantly that I previous visitor had fixed it with a broken key. The hotel knew about various issues, and still put us in that room with a possible broken door, it was very lucky that nobody was hurt. If you don’t mind a cheap hotel go for it but it is worth spending another 40 somewhere else.

The room and the bathroom were not clean at all. The headboards were dirty and dusty, same goes for the windows and the shower. We stayed here for 3 nights and not once was the room cleaned during our stay. Besides of the room being dirty, a lot of things in the room were broken too. The provided table lamp and 2 wall lights didn’t work, so the big light had to be on at all times. The room also only had 2 power sockets and one of them didn’t work properly, so charging our phones was a hassle. The floor in the room was uneven, so my bed (which was already very rickety on its own) was tilted, which made me fall out during the night. I went to the front desk to ask for a solution, staff said someone would come up to help but nobody came. The location of the hotel, however, was very nice. There are 2 nearby tube stations and quite some shops/restaurants in the area.
