It was an enjoyable stay. The bathroom was clean and the small space really had everything a couple needs who is in town to explore and sight see. The staff responds quickly when contacted which is a plus. It’s close to a main road, but no noise bothered me. The AC was off when we arrived, but it cooled the room off very quickly. My biggest complaint was there were several gnats on the bedspread, we just took it off. The sheets and other blanket/pillows were very clean. There was only one Keurig pod, so my husband and I shared a cup of coffee 😂 My only suggestion would be to have additional wash clothes. Many people do not like using the same wash cloth each day, they can harbor bacteria, so having at least 1 washcloth per day per person would be ideal. There were extra bath towels, but not wash cloths. It’s close to literally EVERYTHING, so perfect location and we would definitely book again.

Great Place and Great Hosts - 1 problem.

This place is GREAT except for one thing. The room was very comfortable. Great bed, television, refrigerator, microwave. Bathroom was nice. People were nice by text. I have NO problem with anything about the condition of the room. I would give the room itself a 5. However, I chose a 4 due to road noise. I had read that on reviews and thought it would be ok, but it really is an issue. It sounds like they are driving right at your head. There is also train noise and the trash truck comes at 1am. So, for comfort of room and communication - EXCELLENT. I don't want to be negative about anything because of that, but I have to be honest about the noise. I lived at one of the busiest intersections of Moscow for years with windows open and it is no comparison.

We did not realize the location was right on a very busy highway! Our shower was super small but clean and we did not have any chairs outside our room as shown in the pictures.

Enjoyed our stay. A/C unit could use an update didn’t seem to keep room cool. It rained while we were there and noticed the gutter had a bad leak by our front window. Other than that it was a great visit. Would come back.

The room was exactly as described and as photographed. Cute decor. Clean. Comfy bed. A bit on the small side but comfortable for a couple. There were some reviews that mentioned road noise. It didn't bother me; however a noise machine was provided if needed. Very convenient to Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain. Would definitely stay again.

First, this property is located right off a very busy road during peak hours. Parking is limited to just one spot. The room itself was difficult to maintain a decent temperature since there was just a window unit. The bed was really uncomfortable and noisy. Every time one of us moved it woke up the other. The shower lacks decent water pressure causing your shower to be longer than it should. Lastly, there is no staff on site.

The actual hotel was very nice. Room was small but very clean. The hotel itself looked like a place you take your lady friend for an hour. It's on one of the main highways in and out of the Ruby Falls area and it was extremely noisey. I really loved hearing a huge biker club going up the mountain at 3 am (sarcasim). The walls were extremely thin so you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the next rooms. Pictures were Extremely misleading. They charged $100 for a "cleaning fee" for 2 days we were there and we cleaned thoroughly as requested. Renter beware. If you want quiet you won't find it here.

Will stay again

I appreciate the timely responses from the owners, the cleanliness and location of the unit. The unit was minutes from Ruby Falls and the downtown area. I did not like the sound of the traffic in the early morning hours as the unit was on a highway type street. That disturbed my sleep. Also, I would’ve liked for the bathroom/shower to be a little bigger. There wasn’t much turn around room in the shower! Overall, it was a great unit and I’ll stay again, with ear plugs.

Love this place! The room is cozy and has everything you need. We loved that it was conveniently located (be warned that there is a lot of road noise, but the a/c fan drowned that out mostly). Icing on the cake for us was the coffee supplies, big smart tv, and cornhole in the backyard! We had a great stay and will definitely return next time we are in town.
