We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here- all of the the staff we interacted with was super friendly, super helpful and extremely welcoming. The facility was super clean and they go out of their way to try and think of everything you might need or want before you even arrive. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Dimora del Cardinale! It was very clean, big room with a comfy bed, big bathroom and even a pull out for our daughter to sleep on. Safe and in a great area. The staff was wonderful and we will definitely stay there again when we return to Florence to vacation!

The property is very charming and excellent to walk everywhere. There's a cafe on the corner with great coffee and breakfast options. Around the hotel there are plenty of cute stores for some shopping. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and nice.

The staff was very friendly and always available. We got locked out as the main door was stuck however the staff came with a lock smith right away as soon as they could and it was solved fairly quickly. Rosie I believe was her name the nice lady who cleaned the rooms was so cheerful and friendly, it felt like we were guests at her house, so hospitable and welcoming.
