Motorcycle Friendly Hotel in Tour.

I had to make an unexpected stop on my way to catch a ferry. I booked my stay through Hotels.com The whole booking and checking in experience was seemless. The Hotel was in a lovely quite area and the staff where super helpful/friendly. The Hotel is Motorcycle friendly.

Nice Hotel,if they had air-conditioning room it would been nice. Unfortunately due to the hot weather it was hot. The hotel receptionist Rafella was extremely good. She helped us providing fan to our rooms and very courteous. Thank you Rafella, keep up your good work.

Great service, okay facility

The room was okay, not very well appointed, but cleam and well maintained. I really appreciated having a fan, it made the warm weather confortable. The pool was out of service during our stay, which was disappointing as it was the reason we booked this location, but the staff was very apologetic. Breakfast was okay, a bit overpriced for what was available, but we only ate one day and it was quite picked over.

The tramway providing easy transportation to the city was an unexpected benefit to our stay. The hotel was a little hard to find from the direction from which we were coming, due to lack of signage. We made a suggestion to the receptionist to add a sign on that side of the entrance way. The receptionist made a note of it and promised to forward it to management.

À notre arrivée à la réception la personne était très serviable et nous a tout bien expliqué. Une fois en chambre ( pour 1 nuit ) tous les équipements et lit étaient ok À première vue rien de négatif, Jusqu’à la vérification sous les lits … Des papiers de gâteaux , un pinceau à maquillage , beaucoup de poussière sur la moquette sous les lits ( aspirateur et nettoyage pas fait sous les lits ?) Nuit plus que moyenne car mal insonorisé et matelas vraiment dur. En un mot , propreté ! À revoir Petit dej , ok sans mais sans plus. Accès facile même de nuit , piscine à disposition jusqu’à 20h, 2 parkings

C'est un très bon hôtel, propre mais un peu vieillot. Il est bien situé avec le tram à quelques mètres. L'endroit est calme et agréable. Le personnel serviable et professionnel. Le lit était très confortable et les draps ultra propres et repassés. Rien à redire donc. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et offrait de très nombreuses options. Je recommande.
