Great location. 7 eleven around the corner is so convenient for breakfast, drinks and snacks. Restaurants and shopping are a few minutes walk away. Staff are helpful and responsive to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and liked our room and the hotel’s location, but the hotel breakfast was quite expensive, much more so than in other hotels that we stayed at in Japan. I’d give the hotel 5 stars, but the pricey breakfast and having to find a breakfast place outside the hotel lowered them to 4 stars.

location is ok for price if you want cheap; you do need to walk a bit to get to the main Shinjuku station. We had a toddler along with a pram in the room and suitcases so even less space. Also the hotel is next door to a gravesite which we didn't know before booking. overall its ok for a cheap place, its clean has a microwave on 1 level and along with washing machine and dryer. 7/11 down one end of the street. very quiet street if thats what your after
