The room was adequate. There was only one bedside table, and it didn't have a drawer (wasted space). The site advertises air conditioning; however, they don't turn it on until summertime, so it only blows warm air and we were there when it was unseasonably hot. We were there for 10 nights, so we asked for a fan after our second sleepless night, and they provided one for our entire stay. The rooms do not have refrigerators (a staff member claimed they were removed from the rooms because of theft; weird). The only way to get ice is at the front desk or room service, and they were very stingy with it. The staff was friendly, but had very limited knowledge of the area, i.e., where's a laundromat, how to use the metro, etc. It would be useful to be given a one-page sheet of these helpful tips.
