The room was OK it was clean. It did not have the amenities or the patio that Hotels.com had promised us. Staff at the outlander chalet were wonderful and they did try to accommodate us with the things that were not normally supplied like dishes a kettle it was not really a kitchenette we were also promised by hotels.com It was not there was no patio. We had a balcony. The balcony was nice, but with my husband needing to use a walker to walk getting up that flight of stairs was quite a challenge. Then the toilet broke him second day and we had to move all of our stuff. The staff was nice enough to help us move it and I appreciate it that probably wouldn’t use Hotels.com again, but we may use the chalet again thank you.

It was one of the best Christmas’ I have had in a long time. This place is amazing and I will be definitely staying again. The trails were hiker friendly. The directions for the room was detailed and very specific. This was a much needed break from society that I needed. The space is beautiful.

Amazing place to stay. Very private with only 6 rooms and off the beaten path. I had no idea what I was getting into but this was one time lady luck smiled on me. Me and my lady enjoyed our time there exploring the many water features and trail to the top of the mountain where there's a park bench and a amazing view. I hope to get back soon and stay longer next time. I can almost guarantee you've never stayed anywhere like this before. If you need a get away this is your place.
