The host cancelled our reservation 1h before earliest check in time and was unreachable by phone after that. We were in a taxa with our three small kids on the way to the hotel when receiving the cancellation and had to identify a new hotel downtown HCMC. CANNOT recommend this hotel!!!

The room is very clean and spacious with full amenities — towels, toiletries, toothbrushes, toothpaste, a comb, a kitchen with a microwave, TV, and a sofa in a separate living area. There are two bedrooms, each with a wardrobe, plus a balcony, washing machine, clothes rack, and four bottles of drinking water. At first, it can be a bit confusing — you need to ask the security guard to call the staff, as the building seems to be a condo used as accommodation. The staff were very kind, explained everything clearly, and even allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. I would definitely stay here again!

There is a construction site next to the property so might be abit annoying - but the property itself is great and we had 2 bedroom but only 1 shared bathroom - the washing machine that comes with the property is great time saver for our family of 5. Abit out of the central district 1 but affordable Grab taxi makes that not an issue.
