Totally unprofessional hotel disrespecting clients

Although we had a reservation, we found the place firmly closed for holidays. So we ended up late at night roaming the streets in an unknown town for somewhere else to sleep. Needless to say this cost us more. The Hotel is therefore totally unprofessional in their outlook and do not give any thought to customers.

Le Subtil dans la propreté

Bien que l'accueil ait été convenable, le reste est tout autre chose. La première chambre n'avait pas été faite : le lit brièvement fait ( il y avait encore des poils de la personne d'avant), des poussières encore au sol. La lumière principale ne marchant pas, il faut aller à celle du lit. Les toilettes, non fait également. Un peu depitant quand vous arrivez vers 1h du matin pour dormir juste une nuit ! La seconde chambre proposée n'était pas mieux. Même topo pour la propreté. En fait la personne de ménage ne sait pas faire son travail manifestement ! Du plus, les chambres ne sont pas isolées. Enfin, l'hôtel devrait faire une petite rénovation. La photo de l'hôtel présente une jolie photo colorée : où se trouve cette situation ? Personnellement, je ne proposerais jamais cet hôtel à quiconque ! La saleté est un point d'honneur pour un hôtel à respecter.

Hotel à fuir

Hotel tres mediocre - chambre sale : Drap avec cheveux + diverses peluches Sol pas nettoyé /trace sur les murs / interieur coulisses fenêtres + bas de rideaux noires / rideau et bac a douche immondes / lunettes de wc cassée !!! Seul point positif la clim le matelas et l emplacement....mais prix de la chambre beaucoup trop cher et non conforme aux photos sur site !!!

Hôtel bien situé, parties communes flippantes ! Chambre propre. Climatisation HS a provoqué une inondation dans la chambre. Mais pour le prix et la situation en centre ville , ça passe pour 1 nuit.

Ne correspond pas du tous aux photos présenté sur le site, Belle surprise à notre arrivé, pour un 2* 108€ pas de serviettes, ni savon, ménage pas fait, télé ne marche pas..

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel, la salle de bain était très propre, avec serviettes, tapis de bain et produit de lavage. la chambre était propre aussi, concernant les draps ils étaient lavés mais comportaient des traces de tâches non parti au lavage. Présence d'un chauffage et télévision. Dans l'ensemble correct, idéalement situé à coté de la gare centre, au top pour un court séjour.

The positives about this hotel are that the staff was really nice and helpful, really excellent staff. The hotel is close to everything, really excellent location. Great price! Large roomy room with the biggest bathtub I've ever seen in a hotel. Unfortunately, the negatives were it was extremely rustic, it really needs a renovation, it's noisy from the street outside being the main city street and the slamming of doors inside the hotel, (plus one night someone smoking set off the smoke alarm at 1 am). It is was dirty with black mold in both the bathroom and sleeping area, and it had a funny smell. Other negative were, not much counter space in the bathroom, a broken toilet seat cover, a bottle cap in the sink causing the water to drain slowly, a shortage of toilet paper, and beds that would have boards unattached if you sat too close to the edge, (I found them easy to repair), and flat pillows. Overall, I've had worse hotels, and if you can live with the negatives the positives can make for a pretty good place to stay in Provence.

It was a very rainy cold night and they had no heat and only one thin blanket on the bed. It is an old and worn building, and the beds, table and chair reflect that. Our room was large, and clean. It was a quiet night. The hotel is situated in a nice are close to a market store and restaurants.

Great location but very old property. Pretty much no noise insulation and room had mouldy smell. Staff were very nice though and let me check in early with no hassle. Good value but probably only good for those on a tight budget!

Avoid this place.

Alizea is very dirty. I was bitten several times by what I hope and pray were mosquitoes, but fear were bedbugs. The entire hotel needs a DEEP cleaning from top to bottom. Also, the pipe that fills the tank of the toilet in my room was leaking, I had to turn the water on for every flush and then off after. The shower head has no holder, very awkward to shower with one hand. Some of the staff were friendly, but others were not at all. I expect a Bonjour or Bon soir Madame every time I enter the hotel and an Au revoir bonne journee or bonne soiree every time I leave. I have worked in hospitality for over 30 years and one of the first things I learned was to make eye contact, smile and give an appropriate greeting or farewell with every guest every time. This goes a LONG way to providing good service and it doesn't cost the hotel any money. I took photos, but can't figure out how to share them from my gallery to this review.

Qui a donné 2 étoiles à cet hôtel miteux ?

Chambre sans lumière du jour (fenêtre avec vue sur canalisations, ni salle de bain (2 étages plus haut, insalubre), ni WC (sur le palier). L'éclairage ne fonctionne qu'à moitié. Les interrupteurs ne sont même pas fixés correctement aux murs. (dangereux avec des enfants)
