I booked on June 4th when i got there 4pm. I couldn't contact the host. Finally talked to him. He said wait he will call me back waited for almost 30 minutes later he called back said his room is not available. He will take me to a different house. Waited for him 25 minutes. He came took us to a different building. I wasn't happy with that condo so he paid me back about 125$ USD. The next day he gave us the room in Landmark81 but gave us wrong password. I had to waited for 1 hour later for him to give us the right password. And it wasn't the room I booked. I booked 2 king beds and a sofa bed. He gave us a small room w/ 2 queen beds and no sofa bed. I called and texted him but he never answer my calls or text.

False posting and poor amenities.
The following are broken in the apartment
1. Toilet seat is broken
2. Some drawers are broken
The following are missing or not as posted
1. You cannot access the swimming pool or gym with the guest card.
2. 4 nights staying at the place, we ran out of soap, toilet papers and shampoo
3. There is a washing machine but there is no washing powder or detergent.
4. There is no dryer.
5. There is only 2 towel and one of them is stained.
The only pro is the location is easy to locate.
