The owner was very accommodating, and Sharon was especially attentive, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s a small boutique hotel with about eight rooms, which I loved. I was surprised how nice the room was. It was a good value. It seemed odd the lobby starts on the second floor after going up a set of stairs on the side of the building. It was a good quality room, a/c, nice furniture, nice bathroom with shampoo, body wash, plenty of towels etc. They were currently doing construction while I was there which was a bit noisy. Hopefully over by the time you read this. The neighborhood around is okay, looks a little sketch at night but fine. There is a really good restaurant at the Palm Courts Gardens about a 3/4 mile walk. Also great for lunch with nice views.
