Room was great but more importantly staff was extremely courteous and helpful in every way to make our stay comfortable and memorable ! We stayed in the junior suite on the top floor with partial lake view which was spectacular. You need to climb 2 storeys to reach here but the room was definitely worth it. The area was very central to everything- grocery stores, buses and the Freddy Mercury statue! The hotel also provided us a Montreux Riviera Card with several discounts and free local transport. Would definitely return here! Thank you.

This is a most wonderful place to stay in Montreux. We did pay for breakfast and it was well worth it. The staff is so helpful. We arrived after hours and the directions to get into the hotel and our room were excellent. It is close to the train station, restaurants, and right by Lake Geneva and the amazing promenade around the lake. Highly recommend!
