We had an amazing time. Definitely reserve the floating sauna with a view of Gaustatoppen. The three course dinner was fantastic and well worth the price. If you need some computer time or to read a book, check out the cozy library upstairs from the reception.

The room was so clean (staff even folded our pajamas) and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Loved the bread. The pool was amazing, and especially the whirlpool. We took the lift up to Gaustatoppen (599 tur/retur) and that was excellent. Really loved it up there. We watched Norway beat the Ivory Coast so it was really the perfect time. The area is also nice walking around in, and there's a little shop 1 min walking distance. We would definitely go back.

The room was clean, cozy, and had a good view. The staff was friendly enough. The restaurant had great food. We had the reindeer, turbot, and grouse. The turbot and reindeer should not be missed if you are staying here. The atmosphere was quiet, pleasant, and quaint.

Fantastic place to come in May when the skiing season is virtually over and the price drops before the summer. High end resort for a very reasonable price. Wonderful atmosphere in the lodge with open fires and views over to Gaustatoppen mountain.

Det var dessverre fullbooket i badstuene, noe støy på natten; rare lyder fra ukjent kilde (kraner, air-con, andre elektriske ting, andre gjester, litt vanskelig å se hvor d kom fra….). Vi saknar alltid vattenkokare. Nu tog vi med egen, men bra om det finns. Gym saknades en utomhus spa/bubbelpool hade varit riktigt bra. Vi är överlag väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse och rekommenderar gärna Gaustablikk till andra.
