A Perfect Paradise – Stunning Beach, Incredible Staff, and Delicious Food! Our stay at Arca Boutique Hotel was nothing short of amazing! This beautiful, relaxing resort features 16 well-appointed suites and is set on one of the most breathtaking beaches I’ve ever seen. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for by the incredible staff. A special shout-out to Nash, who greeted us with the biggest smile and made a fantastic first impression. She was informative and kind as she walked us around the property and to our room. Mario is a nonstop worker—always raking, sweeping, and keeping the grounds immaculate from morning until night. Unlike other resorts where groundskeepers seem to disappear, Mario is constantly making sure everything looks pristine. Mainer, our bartender, kept the drinks flowing and made sure we were always taken care of. Chef Kevin prepared an unforgettable meal with our fresh catch of the day, and Tevin was an exceptional waiter who never missed an order. Near the end of our stay, we met Olive, who, like Nash, had an infectious smile and a genuine willingness to help. We also have to mention the security officer, who went above and beyond to make those who were uneasy about traveling abroad feel comfortable. He was always attentive, reassuring, and happy to answer any questions we had. And the food—wow! Every meal was delicious, but I have to say, the steamed vegetables and chicken tenders were surprisingly out of this world.

This property was gorgeous! Very peaceful and had a rustic but elegant feel. Everything was spotless...even the sand is cleaned of debris perfectly (helps keep bugs at bay). The staff were truly amazing...from our housekeepers, bartenders, front desk staff, security guard...every single person made our stay exceptional. The property is small, quiet and peaceful. My husband and I can't say enough good things! If I had to pick a suggestion for change...it'd be to add some pots of hummingbird friendly flowers around the pool and on the decks. We saw several hummingbirds approach looking but they quickly left because of no flowers. Seriously...how often can you say something like that would be the ONLY complaint! We'll be back for sure!

Arca is a great boutique hotel! Right on the main beach with turquoise water and a beautiful sunset every night. While the beach can get a lot people and energy from the cruise ship visitors…you can hang on the beach to watch the action or step back into the beautiful sanctuary of the Arca property filled with trees, birds, peaceful vibes and great service. The food is good and so are the cocktails. This is a a great spot…maybe the best spot in West Bay.

Beautiful property with excellent staff and food options. Olive and Nash at front desk were fantastic and so welcoming and helpful. Tevin, Joselyn and Dennis were fantastic in restaurant and bar with great service. Everyone treated us like family and the rooms were lovely. A straight walk onto west bay beach is my favorite and beach chairs available every day. Cant wait to come back again for another stay with rhis wonderful boutique hotel.

This hotel is amazing! The beachfront location is unbeatable and I loved how private it is even though it’s right on the beach. Service, food and drinks were great! Room was spectacular…looked exactly like the photos. I only wish the hotel staff would’ve warned me about how long it takes to get out of Customs at the airport. It took us almost 3 hours…would’ve taken an earlier flight if i had gotten a heads up about the situation.

I can’t say enough about the staff at Arca. Olive and Bibian at the front desk were top notch. The entire staff was so friendly and took very good care of us. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The food at the hotel restaurant was all very tasty and overall very affordable in my opinion for a boutique resort on a tropical island. It is right on the beach. Can’t beat the location on west bay. Also if for any reason you need it, the world’s greatest urgent care is at the end of the block. Holy cow Dr Jordi is the man. 10/10 recommend Arca

I don’t want to share this place, but they deserve all the recognition on how wonderful Arca is from the location on West Bay to the beautiful grounds and their amazing staff. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and Eric, Denis, Olive, and so many more employees make this place truly wonderful. They’re kind and gracious, even when my brother accidentally flooded the shower, my mom had her stair incident, and to my coca-cola glass bottle fiasco—I can’t thank them enough. The price is well worth every bit of how intimate and caring Arca’s staff is, and how amazing the food and facilities are. I look forward to coming back, hopefully soon!

The entire experience was amazing! This hotel is an oasis on the coast with amazing food and drinks with fresh, healthy ingredients. Our room was more like a modern villa with a private staircase and enormous balcony with lounge furniture overlooking a courtyard with a reflecting pool and lush trees. Beyond the courtyard, you can see the ocean right from the balcony. The security guards protect the space from other tourists so it is very private and has roped off loungers on the beach. With a short walk, you can walk to the grocery store, restaurants and bars.
