Lovely welcome from the owner who seems really nice and the hotel is so quirky and the common areas are amazing but the room was cramped, not very clean, very dark and the smell of the drains from the bathroom was really strong. We ended up not staying for the duration of our stay as the photos didn't really reflect what the bedroom was like at all.

It is an overpriced hotel. The owner is good but the room we stayed in was horrible. I am sure that the owner of hotel have done a good shoot out of the hotel. Sink was blocked, no hot water during peak hours, safety hazards, no soap in the shower, had to ask for towels. Terrible experience.

Such a charming hotel! Ben the owner is so welcoming. The staff is so helpful. Upon arrival we were greeted like family. Ben mapped out our tour of the city to ensure we saw all of Brussels during out short stay. The hotel decor is so detailed and ornate. The hotel is conveniently located just outside the Grand Place and walking distance to all the sights, restaurants, bars, etc. I would stay here again!

The area the hotel is located in is perfect for walking, shopping and dining. The staff were friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage to and from our room since there was a small staircase and the elevator doesn't go to that floor. We appreciated that. However, we would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
