The location is super central. On one of the main tourist paths. Easy access to the canals , shops, restaurants. So if you expect a quite stay, or sleep , this is not the place to book The view to the canals from the room window is great. The room was small but as expected . And since I use it only for sleeping , it was fine for me. The only disadvantage of the place is that the room was smelly. They owners have to do something about it. Last but not least, the guy at the service desk was super friendly, helpful, and with positive energy.

Atendeu todas as nossas necessidades, hotel muito bem localizado e com acesso fácil a transporte público, limpo e organizado. Atenção dos funcionários da recepção, check in e check out sem complicações. Tem uma escadaria bem íngrime que dificulta um pouco a subida com malas e não é acessível para pessoas com dificuldade em mobilidade.

Well...we had to climb two flights of stairs with heavy checked baggage - there was no mention of the lack of an elevator. We were greeted by a friendly front desk attendant, but when we needed help from the front desk (2x) there was no one there. NOTE: every time we did meet someone that worked there, they were very friendly and kind. The room was very small for two people abs two pieces of luggage. The bathroom was tiny. Hard to sit on the toilet, as the wall hits your knees when you do sit down. The view was into an alley where drunken tourists were loud throughout the night as late at 430am. Our light fixture on the ceiling would move when people above us were loud and stomping. Front desk attendants entered our room even after we said we did not want any entry. Convenient location tho. And very affordable for Amsterdam, But not worth the hassle.

So conveniently placed right opposite the metro and from the offset the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our twin room was bright clean and and had a huge shower. Just minute's walks away from many attractions and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommended hotel but its not for the weak kneed as a lot of stairs to climb but other than that a lovely stay.

I was extremely happy with my stay at Hotel Pagi. Its a straight line walk from the station, close to the centre of town and a short walk from anywhere you'll want to go. The staff are wonderful! They'll help you with any questions you have and do anything to help make your stay easy and memorable. The rooms are well kept and clean with good service, the only issue some may face is the stairs up to the rooms, not a problem for the young and spritely. Overall, a great value for money, will definitely be returning.

Rooms were extremely small. Towels were dirty and the ‘clean’ towels were smelly. Sheets were smelly and dirty as well. It doesn’t worth the price. Our room was smaller than the photo.

Boa localização, apesar do acesso via escadas. Chegamos de carro e foi muito complicado parar por perto do hotel para fazer check-in. Não há onde parar por perto. Conseguimos a muito custo um estacionamento que boa levou 64€ por 12horas.

Bom hotel, mas sem elevador. Se vc ficar no terceiro andar, terá que carregar sua bagagem pelas escadas - no meu caso, havia uma mala pesada, o que foi um desconforto. No mais, um bom hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel and found it to be excellent value for money. The location is super central, making it easy to walk everywhere, which was a huge plus. The hotel was clean and well-maintained overall. Both the room and bathroom were small, but for a short trip, that wasn’t an issue - especially since we spent most of our time exploring the city. There was a slight stuffy smell in the room and bathroom. I’d rate cleanliness around 4/5, which is reasonable for the price. We visited in winter and the heating worked perfectly, keeping the room warm and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and even when they weren’t around at night, getting into the building was very simple. Also free tea and coffee machine! Overall, I’d stay here again for a short visit to Amsterdam. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s perfect if you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and well-located place to stay while making the most of the city!
