A perfectly clean, satisfactory hotel. Affordable. A 40 min walk to Hannover Altstadt, which we enjoyed. Lovely neighborhoods to see along the way. Not a lot of stores or other options right nearby, but quiet and the park is gorgeous. Get a park view for sure if you can.

Nice spot, if a little noisy at night

Very nice location, easy access to tram/rail. Sadly not much around in west of restaurants but the hotel restaurant more than made up for this. Single room was comfortable but a bit warm. I had the windows open but it was noisy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Happy to return.

Rooms are basic and the bed was a little hard. The staff (and there was a very large staff at the restaurant and the front desk) were friendly. It must have been low season because it seemed to have double the amount of people as necessary in the restaurant and breakfast. The breakfast was great! The location is close to a beautiful park and the Zoo. A fitness center would be ideal

When I arrived at the front desk to check in, I was surprised and disappointed by the behavior of the male staff member on duty. Although I was clearly next in line, he asked me to "wait a moment" and proceeded to assist a German-speaking couple who had been standing behind me. They did not try to cut in line themselves—it was the staff member who actively prioritized them over me. Only after fully resolving their issue did he return to help me. This made me feel disregarded and disrespected as a guest. Fair and respectful service should be extended to all, regardless of language or background.

Der Empfang im Hotel sollte dringend besser über die aktuellen Preise informiert sein. Bei meiner Anreise wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Frühstück pro Person .. Euro kostet – sogar für mein 8-jähriges Kind. Bei der Abreise sprach ich das Thema erneut an, und die Dame erklärte mir, dass das Frühstück tatsächlich ..Euro kostet und mein Sohn kostenlos gewesen wäre. Solche widersprüchlichen Informationen sind für Gäste sehr ärgerlich. Auch im Restaurant war der Service leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Wir hatten einen Tisch reserviert. Nachdem wir die Speisekarte erhalten hatten, wurden wir in einem unfreundlichen Ton gefragt, ob wir zum Konzert möchten. Als ich verneinte, bekamen wir als Antwort: „Dann müssen Sie länger auf Ihr Essen warten.“ So etwas sollte in einem gepflegten Hotel nicht passieren. Zudem wollte ich ursprünglich direkt im Hotel buchen. Am Telefon wurde mir jedoch ein Preis von 390 Euro für die erste Nacht und ..Euro für die zweite genannt. Über Expedia habe ich für beide Nächte zusammen nur Euro bezahlt. Für mich als Stammkunde ergibt eine Direktbuchung im Hotel unter diesen Bedingungen absolut keinen Sinn.
