Great hotel with good service and food

We spent four days at the resort. We did all inclusive, which was great. Room service took a while one day and we ended up having to go to the restaurant for breakfast. Dinner was relatively easy to get in any restaurant we want, but that could’ve been due to the fact it wasn’t that busy. The service by the pool is perfect. My daughter enjoyed going to the kids program throughout the day for certain activities. Like many places along the shore there you cannot swim in the ocean. I recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning resort in Los Cabos, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable-so friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that never disappointed. If you're considering this resort, definitely opt for the all-inclusive package-it's well worth it for the convenience and the variety of high-quality meals. The cocktails were another highlight; each drink was crafted beautifully with fresh ingredients and the perfect balance of flavors. All in all, an incredible stay and a perfect destination for anyone looking to relax and indulge in luxury! A huge shoutout to the amazing staff, Jose Luis and Arturo. Their exceptional service really made this resort stand out, and we can't wait to return!

We visited the property for 4 days, the restaurant and food options inside the resort were amazing. The staff were wonderful and helpful and accommodating. We had our 9yr old daughter and she had a blast. The lazy river was so much fun and the infinity pool had an amazing view of the ocean where we were able to see whale spouts at a distance. We will definitely be coming back to this resort.

Another great property from the Villa group. We have previously stayed at Villa del arco and it was our first time at valencia. Property was gorgeous. Rooms, pools, all of it. The family loved the infinity pool and especially lazy river. Good and service were excellent. Only complaint is the beach is not swimmable, but if you walk down one hotel you can swim and find crabs etc. I missed seeing the arch from the Arco and also paddle boarding and kayaking but this property was so beautiful and lovely. They are still new and the food took a very long time to come out but the servers were so attentive and the drinks were flowing. We will be back!

This resort is nothing short of beautiful. We didn't get so lucky with reservations at the restaurants as we went right after Christmas and spent the New year there; However, El Patron which is the non reservation buffet had endless options every day and it was great. We did get lucky to eat at the Italian restaurant which was good, but I still preferred the buffet. The all white New Year Party was a BLAST. I was surprised to see the quality of the party. It was set up beautifully by the infinity pool, food options were a endless buffet style, dance floor, 360 video photo set up, and the fireworks were TOP NOTCH. The poolside service could've been a little quicker, BUT again it was holiday season and super busy. The poolside food options were our FAVORITE. The beach itself was clean and beautiful, and the pool water was nice and warm! Our room was kept clean and the view was gorgeous. Definitely will be returning.

My family and I loved this resort. There were five of us, ranging from 3-75 in age, and we all had a blast during the 6 all inclusive nights we were there. The resort was really well maintained, staff were wonderful, restaurants were better than average for all inclusive, room service was great, and the rooms were very spacious. The gym was also quite spacious, nice and new. Only a few downsides - 1) There is no onsite walk-up coffee shop that is part of the all-inclusive experience (you have to go to a restaurant or order room/pool service). 2) Guests are SAVAGE with reserving chairs at the pools. Most spots are taken by 9am. 3) Book reservations for dinner in advance!!! There are only two sit down restaurants and it was a big mistake on my part to try to book before we got there, but I didn’t think it would be an issue. The buffets were great but the steakhouse was fully booked and the italian restaurant could only get us reservations a few nights, but only after 8pm. I was not impressed by how the concierge supported me in making reservations or their general reservation process, either. 4) As I mentioned, It’s super family friendly but as a person without kids, I could not in good faith recommend this hotel to someone who was child free or single. Though there is an adults-only pool, there was no night life and things wind down early and if you want to do anything after dinner you would have to leave the resort.

It’s a nice resort, with amenities and service similar to other 4.5-5 star resorts we experienced in Mexico. Beautiful grounds but wish the territory was bigger as there is not much outside of the hotel. Loved the huge lazy river, infinity pool and activities. Staff were pleasant, courteous and quick to serve. Happy we got a room upgrade from the first floor pool view room - it was just too dark. Enjoyed the a la cart restaurants and buffet, interestingly, buffet options are not as expansive as other resorts offer. Loved the lobby bar and a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails they offer in addition to the regular stuff. Wonderful room service. Nice modern rooms with thoughtful amenities. The weather was awesome. Beach unfortunately not swimmable due to strong waves. Overall, very pleasant stay and experience.
