The location of the hotel is not ideal. After 8 p.m., the area feels quite unsafe, with large groups of young people, homeless people, and individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs gathering nearby. We stayed in a family room consisting of two connecting double rooms, which worked fine in terms of layout and size. However, both rooms faced a dark courtyard with no view of the sky. The beds were rather small, and one of the rooms was uncomfortably warm with no way to adjust the temperature. We mentioned it several times, but the staff didn’t take any action.
Another disappointment was that access to the pool came at an extra charge of €30 per room – something we’ve never experienced before.
