Clean room, in a cool location, parking can be tricky but the staff were very helpful to accommodate and give advice and this was also clearly communicated in advance, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ett familjerum för 4. En enkelsäng, en soffa som gjordes till säng + en dubbelsäng. Passade oss bra. Fanns inte Ac-men det gick att öppna fönstret. Dock ville vi inte sova med det helt öppet då man kunde gå in från parekringen där. Personalen trevliga och service-inriktade. Tog ca 7 min att gå till gamla stan. Perfekt

Esattamente come descritto è situato a meno di 10 minuti dal tetto d’oro. Per una massimo 2 notti è perfetto. Colazione variegata tra dolce e salato, per le nostre esigenze era perfetta. Unica nota negativa le tende oscuranti sono troppo leggere, noi che siamo abituati a dormire col buio abbiamo fatto un po’ fatica

Staff very friendly. Allowed us to check-in early, giving us the opportunity to drop off bags and begin venturing around the city. Front desk worker geave us a map and directions on how to get downtown, which was a very short walk across the bridge. Would certainly highly recommend booking here for short trips to Innsbruck.

Hotel muito justo.

O Hotel é bem honesto e justo. Limpo, nao tivemos nenhum problema com agua quente mesmo no inverno.Nao utilizamos estacionamento, mas de fato este é pequeno, embora isto seja claro. Importante atentar que o hotel fica em uma colina e para quem chega a pe, possui uns 400 m de subida, que é suportavel e viavel, mas é preciso saber. Ha pontos de onibus proximos vindos da estacao. Vale ressaltar tambem que nao ha elevadores. Cafe da manha bem bom e agradavel e funcionarios simpaticos. Como sugestao, o Hotel poderia substituir os vidros transparentes do WC por vidros jateados ou escuros, enfim... nao transparentes
