We were able to check in early, which was very appreciated after spending 1am until 1pm traveling. Our room was very clean and the property manager on site was very helpful. There’s a parking garage right around the corner and it’s literally only a 2 minute walk. Location was perfect for our trip seeing as my husband and I really only wanted to spend time at the beach and the Versace mansion. Both are only a couple minutes walk. If we ever come to Miami again, we would book with Pantera again!

I’ve been staying at this location since it was the Villa Paradiso and I always love it because it’s a mini apartment for a decent price.. Especially in the heart of South Beach, which you don’t typically find in Miami.. the only issue I have is with the online check-in.. I had to call several times in order to get checked in because nothing was automatically sent to me for whatever reason and there was no follow up.. Soo if I would’ve never called, I would’ve never been able to check in, but they had no issue taking the deposit and that hotel fee lol… I feel like the Customer Service needs to be better and patrons need dedicated access number(s) to speak to someone and the automated check in system could use a small upgrade, if the hotel can see on their end that automated emails aren’t going thru, there should be some kind of direct follow up on their end to make sure everything is seamless for the guest…

Spacious and clean room with very good kitchenette (full size stove, refrigerator and microwave). The location is great for us which was an important consideration when we booked. We’ve stayed in South Beach many times in the past few years so know our way around.

Whenever I travel to South South Beach, this is where I try to stay. It seems like this hidden gem that nobody seems to know about. Just a great place especially if you’re on a business trip. Right down from Española. Never had a bad time.

Everything was wonderful from the communication for check in to the adorable room to stay in. The room was adorable! Everything was within walking distance. The food options was amazing and very close by and we were right in the middle of all the action. Highly recommend.
