Comfortable en suite room with everything we needed (although English Breakfast teabags and milk available only at breakfast - not supplied in the room). Used the Aircon, as September was warm. The building is old and characterful - to be expected in Venice - so the steep staircase to reach the accommodation is not surprising. Excellent breakfast including juices, fruit, cereals, yoghurt, pastries, cheese, cold meats, bread, rolls and hard boiled eggs. Scrambled eggs and a couple of other options available on request. Coffee and tea. The member of staff on duty worked hard to deliver hot drinks and replenish food. Special thanks to Antonio on reception who volunteered to carry our suitcases both on arrival and departure, and was very friendly and helpful in general. The most expensive accommodation on our trip in northern Italy - but that's the 'Venice factor'. We towed our suitcases from the station to the hotel, which wasn't too arduous apart from carrying them over the bridge over the Grand Canal near the station. (The alternative is to hire a porter with a cart to transport your bags - don't know how much this costs)

추천은 그을ㅅㅅㅔ입니다.

숙소가 많이 낡아서 아무리 깨끗해도 깨끗한 느낌은 없는게 아쉬워요. 엄마는 질색하셨어요. 어른들은 안좋아하실듯. 가파른 계단을 가방을 가지고 직접올라야합니다. 천국의 계단 현실버전.산타루치아역에서 가까운 것과 조식 크루와상이 참맛있어요. 커피도 계속물어봐주고 직원들이 참 친절해요. 에어컨도 빵빵 화장실물도 콸콸입니다. 투룸이지만 방이 많이 좁아요. 오래된 건물이다 보니 어쩔수없이 평점이 낮을 수 밖에 없을거같아요

The hotel was great. The front desk staff and the breakfast lady were super nice and polite. Tried to talk to the owner for a confusion about the reservation but he made me wait for about 10 minutes and did not meet with me. Apart from the owner, the staff was amazing, location was good and the room was great for 4 people.

Conveniently located near parking garages, it does require guests to cross several bridges on foot to reach the property. The entrance is through an antique wooden locked door that can be somewhat discreet and easy to miss when arriving. Access to the hotel involves climbing a narrow staircase to the first floor. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a cozy, ornately decorated lobby that evokes a sense of old-world charm. The staff is warm and attentive, assisting with both check-in and any additional needs throughout your stay. Breakfast is included, though reservations are required due to limited seating. The spread is generous, featuring fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, breads, pastries, and cakes. Coffee is freshly prepared by staff, who can also cook eggs to order. The guest room has been recently updated, with the bathroom showcasing elegant dark finishes. Amenities include fresh towels, a selection of toiletries, a bidet, and a larger-than-average shower by European standards. Overall, this is an excellent choice for travelers comfortable with stairs, offering a quiet and memorable stay in Venice.

Nice location, kind of central 10 minute walk from the train station. Just realize if you have issues of going up and downstairs, there’s some stairs that are gonna have to go up just to get to the lobby so it may not be the right place for you. There’s no elevator.

This was a small bed & breakfast with 8 different types of rooms but up on the 2nd or 3rd floors to get to it. At least 2 flights up to the top main floor. Had a nice breakfast and many coffee & liquor options. Quite. Not far from the bus or train stations.

On the website it says that they provide airport transportation and they do not. That is the main reason I chose this hotel. Also the hotel itself has only 2 stories but you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to it. We had a person in our group with mobility issues and it was challenging.

I loved my stay! Room was charming, cool and quiet. Check in was very friendly with a nice map with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was delicious-especially the cappuccino and fresh bread. The breakfast attendant was also very friendly and helpful!!
