Begonnen bei der Ankunft, der Heer an der Reception hatte keine Ahnung was wir wollten und er sprach kein English. Er sagte wir seien im falschen Hotel trotz Bestätigung. Nach ca 30 Minuten klärt sich alles auf nach dem wir uns mit Händen und Füssen geäussert haben. Im Zimmer angekommen scheint zuerst alles okay jedoch beim genaueren betrachten, ist die Küche und das Badezimmer nicht wirklich sauber. Wir hatten nur 2 Badetücher und ein kleines Handtuch zur verfügung was für mich persönlich zu wenig ist. Mann muss bedenken wenn man vom Strand zurück kommt ist man voller Sand und mindesten zwei Badetücher zu Verfügung zustellen wäre sinnvoll.! Die Küche hatte kein Geschirrtuch so das wir unser Geschirr nicht trocknen konnten im allgemeinen war die Ausstattung minimalistisch. Meiner Meinung nach entspricht dies nicht den Bilder auf Ebookers. Den Balkon konnten wir gar nicht nutzen da zu viele Sträuche waren und keine. Die Mitarbeiter sprachen fast alle kein English oder dann sehr wenig. Ich werde diese Apartment meinen freunden, Familien oder Bekanntenkreis nicht empfehlen! Die Rezeption ist äussert unprofessionell, sie schauen den ganzen Tag Tiktok und bei einfachen Fragen bzw generell Fragen können sie nicht weiter helfen. Zum einen aufgrund der Sprachbariere unf zum anderen fehlendes Intressen.

The condo was clean and the service was adequate. As a condo rental it lacked a few household items as pool towels or general pool cleaning. The water looked unkept but you can tell other units were receiving maintenance. The outdoor furniture chairs and table should be removed as they are rusted. A duster and dust pan would be helpful to clean off any sand. At the time there was no construction work happing at the site next to the building but the many sites being worked on around the area. Still there area was very quite. A rental car or bike is suggested as the town markets are very far to walk to and so is the beach.

The property is absolutley beautiful and the place was very clean. The road is unpaved and pretty rough, but short drive from the main road. Lots of new construction in the area so there was quite a bit of noise, but that will improve over time. When i booked it said the unit would have a private plunge pool,but ours did not. However, theres plenty of rooftop pools to choose from that were always empty, so I wasnt to disappointed. Confirmation and instructions on how to get into the unit didnt come through until well after we were supposed to check in. Definitley recommend downloading whatsapp to communicate to the concierge as its the only real way to communicate with anyone. Overall I would definitly stay there again. Great place for the price

Beautiful place but needs better management and also the pools need to cleaned. Went without light a night and half of the next day. Taxi over charge when they are call to this location and is the only way of transportation. Roads around are dirt.
