The room was really clean and equipped with everything you need. The room I stayed at was a bit drak with a little window, but that was the only one available and the room rate was reasonable for that. The check in was a mess, though. Hotels.com doesn't share the reservation number (?) in the confirmation details (it is different from the itinerary number) and I struggle for a while to retrieve it as I could connect with the actual agent only after going through all the frustrating AI process that tried to block me from going to that stage. And there was another big setback of the room I stayed: the pub next door blared out loud club music from 10pm to 2am, solid. I thought I was in the club myself and you can't sleep with that! I had to realize the earplugs provided in the room wasn't a nice add-on but a must for survival. Thank god it didn't last on Monday and Tuesday nights.

Big spacious suite-comfortable bed. The check in instructions were very clear, and they even offered a luggage room so we could drop off our luggage prior to check in. It’s perfect except the noise-the walls seem quite thick-we heard nothing from our neighbors, but the windows allowed so much street noise. We were there on an early summer night and everyone was out partying. I’ll bet on a normal night it’s just fine. The air conditioner is loud, but helped drown out the noise. Use this hotel for sure-but bring ear plugs just in case.

This property is self-serve; there is no one on site to deal with issues, and you can only communicate through text messages—they won’t even talk on the phone to resolve issues. We were charged twice for our stay, due to a change in the property’s accounting/payment system. I still am trying to get one of the charges resolved/reversed, both through the property & my credit card company. The rooms are well-appointed, but the walls are paper-thin. On our first night’s stay, there was a very loud party in the room next to us that went on until 6:00 am! As there is no staff on site, other than calling the police we had no way to report it, and we did not want to call the police. On a positive note, the rooms are very nice and the location is close to the waterfront, as well as many restaurants, shops & attractions. If the double payment issue ever gets resolved I would possibly stay there again.

I would tell everyone to stay here! The location was good and the noise level was not bad!! The only thing we had a slight hiccup with was getting the access code. When you book through hotel.com you do not get the reservation code they want and the hotel does not offer it to you. I had to message hotel.com and ask for help to get that. I did that before my trip. There were a few other guest trying to get inside having the same issue. Hopefully that is something that could be done easier! Otherwise we loved it all!!

Rooms were mostly clean and well appointed. Kitchen is a bit sparse, and two pillow cases were stained, but overall ok. Check in was easy and accessing the room was straightforward. The room was unnecessarily warm upon arrival. 24C is very uncomfortable. AC turned to high, set to 18, and left for a few hours, didn't make much of a difference unfortunately. In the bedroom the curtains cover the AC unit meaning a choice between bright outside lights or sweltering temperatures. I have a second reservation for June which I'm now rethinking based on a disappointing and uncomfortable nights sleep.

Located within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Public transit is also very close if needed. We've stayed multiple times and most have been fabulous.

Our room was not very clean, some of the dishes in the cupboard were clearly dirty, and there were dried up orange peels on the floor behind the garbage can. It gave the feeling of not having been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. We stayed there 7 nights, and even though we saw the cleaning staff, they never once checked in with us, or asked if we needed anything, even though they were cleaning rooms right beside ours. Also, there were many guests who were talking on their phones, or to each other in the hallways at all hours of the night very loudly, probably half of them were intoxicated. Zero consideration for others, and due to no staff in the hotel, there is zero consequences for these people. Very disappointed and would definitely not recommend.

I contacted both Expedia and the hotel as I had to cancel the reservation. This occurred 1/2 hour after it was made because of a death in the family. I still have not heard back from the hotel, after calling and leaving messages, even an email, as has Expedia. And then, to top things off, because I had not heard back and thought the hotel had decided not to refund me, I tried to use the suite, but could not gain entry (it’s all on computer)! I had a tech savvy person with me, to boot. This further reinforced my conclusion that they had graciously cancelled the reservation. Now I don’t know what to think. Still waiting…

Cute cozy and clean! A bit loud between 3-4:30am and the lady above us wearing heals from 7am-8am but….the bed was cozy so we caught a nap from 9-10:30 and all was well!
