The staff were excellent, genuinely friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help. The hotel even arranged a complimentary airport pickup for us. Our flight was delayed by over three hours, yet the driver remained patient and accommodating throughout. They also offer a range of tours and activities, including quad biking around the pyramids at sunset, which I would highly recommend. The hotel is located opposite the Grand Egyptian Museum, though I would suggest taking an Uber to get there as crossing the busy road can be difficult due to the central barrier. The surrounding area feels safe, although it is still developing. That said, it is easy to see how it will improve further as the area is prime location for development.

The staff- Hana,Sandra,Karan,Ahmed,Ali, the entire team were so special!! They accommodated any request. They helped with Ubers, pharmacy needs, museum tickets. They were wonderful! Breakfast was healthy, with many selections to accommodate dietary needs. Management should be commended for hiring such a lovely group of people to look after their guests. I highly recommend without any hesitation this hotel. I stayed for a whole week. Loved the view of the pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum from my room and the rooftop terrace for breakfast. I’ll be return g to Egypt in October and will stay here again. Pamela

If you plan to go to the GEM and pyramids while in Cairo, this location is very convenient. Every single staff member was super friendly and went above and beyond to help. My room was clean and modern with a great view of GEM and the pyramids. The breakfast was amazing and so large that it seriously kept me full the whole day so I had to scale down the next few days just so I could try other places- great value! Just note that the surrounding street and neighborhood look a bit disheveled and are not very walkable. There is trash and stray animals, however this is typical of much of Cairo side streets and infrastructure limitations. Don’t let it dissuade you from staying on the property. I always felt the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, 10/10 trustworthy and friendly staff and an amazing value and suburb rooftop view!! I would definitely stay again. Also note that even though the GEM is across the street, you’ll still have to take an uber bc there is no safe way to cross. I never had trouble with Ubers finding the hotel to pick me up.

The staff were very welcoming and gave clear and helpful answers to our questions. The room was spotless and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a variety of settings which was lovely. A plentiful and varied breakfast was served at the upper floor which has a terrace with a magnificent view overlooking the Great Egyptian Museum. It was possible to order dinner in the hotel and this proved to be a delicious meal. There was also the possibility of booking a taxi for our early start to the airport and we were given breakfast boxes to eat at the airport. A very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

The staff was fantastic, and the views were spectacular. The breakfast was tasty and more than you would ever need to eat. The rooms were spacious, especially the deluxe ones with balconies that overlook the GEM and you can see the pyramids in the distance. However, it is not in an area that is good to walk around, so you need to get Ubers to go anywhere. Even to go to the GEM nearby, it is like taking your life in your hands to cross the street. Also, they only make up your room if you ask them to and you have to leave your key.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However there were a few surprises. Firstly, we had arranged a free pickup at the airport. Our flight was late arriving in Cairo. I had informed the hotel but there was a miscommunication and a driver was sent very early. They were good to send another car to get us, but we did pay for the second car when it wasn't our fault. Also the neighborhood is not safe to walk to anything. We had arranged a car and guide so we were fine. We hope this neighborhood will improve with time. That said this is not a bad place to stay and is close to the New Museum and the Giza Pyramids.

Clean room with a spectacular view. If you can get one of the room with a terrace, I highly recommend. We felt well taken care of by the staff who were super accommodating. The area around is a bit run down like much of Giza, but with a quick Uber ride, which is easy to get, you can be in either West Cairo or downtown Cairo.

This is near the Grand Pyramid Museum, the view from my balcony was breathtaking. The view of the Pyramids on a clear morning was to die for. The room was spacious and nice, very happy with the bed, it was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to get us what we wanted. Loved it. Would definitely return, ohh and food was excellent, fresh off the grill, breakfast was so plentiful and delicious. Very good place to stay.
