Lovely and comfortable hotel not far from the GEM. It is quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good, even for me who have restrictions on what I can eat. Coffee was ok. The WiFi can be patchy at times. Staff are just wonderful! Ali is charming and charismatic and his colleagues too. The ladies from the front desk are also great. Although a few people might have mentioned that the access to the hotel is in a quiet street or alleyway, my Uber drivers had to trouble finding it. Judging a place in Egypt by the way the surroundings are is really shallow and inaccurate. It is a great hotel for the price they charge.

The staff- Hana,Sandra,Karan,Ahmed,Ali, the entire team were so special!! They accommodated any request. They helped with Ubers, pharmacy needs, museum tickets. They were wonderful! Breakfast was healthy, with many selections to accommodate dietary needs. Management should be commended for hiring such a lovely group of people to look after their guests. I highly recommend without any hesitation this hotel. I stayed for a whole week. Loved the view of the pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum from my room and the rooftop terrace for breakfast. The staff were excellent, genuinely friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help. The hotel even arranged a complimentary airport pickup for us. Our flight was delayed by over three hours, yet the driver remained patient and accommodating throughout. They also offer a range of tours and activities, including quad biking around the pyramids at sunset, which I would highly recommend. The hotel is located opposite the Grand Egyptian Museum, though I would suggest taking an Uber to get there as crossing the busy road can be difficult due to the central barrier. The surrounding area feels safe, although it is still developing. That said, it is easy to see how it will improve further as the area is prime location for development.
