Such a beautiful and well-kept spot. The cove in Rockport is exceptionally clean, with clear water and a really peaceful atmosphere. One of the best parts is how easy it is to walk right over to the nearby restaurants and shops, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The cove set my new standard for cleanliness expectations. The hotel was newly renovated and immaculate throughout the entire property. Great location right on the water, breathtaking views from the room and communal deck and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Higlhy reccomend for solo, couple or families traveling to rockport. They also have a great selection of complimentary snacks and drinks available 24/7 in the lobby, which was very convenient!

Parking was easy. Room was clean. Yes, there was a beach view but pur room was same level as patio so we kept curtain closed for our entire stay for privacy. Bed was very comfortable. Fine choice for off season but would not want this room in warm weather as no privacy once folks are on the patio. Door needs some work as door jam loose so needed to pull to engage unlock mechanism. Could use another mirror & hooks for towels. Also place for toiletries would is needed. Believe they may have been still renovating room as these were missing & paintings were on floor not wall. Staff was great, hot our door open & showed us how to open & removed paintings not hung yet for our stay. Great room if not planning to be in it other yhan to sleep.

Very clean accommodations, comfortable king bed, with great water views. Step from room to large deck overlooking center beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping at Bearskin Neck. While Rockport is a destination resort town, it becomes very quiet in the evening but close to Gloucester where many entertainment venues are available.

The issue was that we didn’t realize that we had to navigate so many steep stairs until after we booked. This should have been made clear on the website. We had a beautiful, ocean view room that was very clean and comfortable. We were warned about the ongoing construction/renovation - but this activity really did not bother us at all. The staff that we met were fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate us including allowing us a late check out. Great location, close to everything if you are okay walking. Pictures reflect reality, but be aware, they do not have a bar. The upstairs outdoor area is beautiful - but it's up to you to provide the beverages/books or whatever you please. We would stay here again if visiting Rockport in the future.
