This apartment was amazing! It was so spacious and comfortable, I would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat!! The huge balcony was unreal — if you’re traveling with friends or family, you will absolutely feel like you’ll have so much space available. I loved the restaurants and shops in the area, as well as plenty of grocery stores to stock up on drinks and snacks. Walking around to explore the city is really convenient as this place is centrally located.

Pros-safe area & building, large apartment/rooms with 3 bedrooms; kitchen had all the basics; 1 1/2 bathrooms was nice to have; A/C; hot water & pressure great; relatively clean; outside of building and entryway well maintained; close to Plaza San Martin, bars, restaurants & shopping; good for large group on a budget not looking for a cozy or luxurious stay. Cons-Apartment had 3 bedrooms with doors, but the walls were thin dividers like what is used in office cubicles and did not go to the ceiling; very worn and stained flooring and walls; shower splashed water out and had stained, cracking grout; no attendant on duty; no lobby; apartment had a cold feeling, like a lab or office space; elevator seemed to have a low weight limit, often requiring someone to step off; noisy street late at night; overall poorly maintained apartment.

Super recomiendo !! Es muy cómodo , limpio , practico! Super equipado . Lo único que podría decir es la luz que esta genial, pero no cómoda para trabajar o leer. Tal vez sugería una lampara de mesa . Pero el departamento es muy lindo y muy bien ubicado.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es su ubicación y el aire acondicionado, que funciona perfectamente. La zona es excelente, con muchas tiendas cercanas y mucha vida, aunque esto implica que hay bastante ruido por ser un área de muchos estudiantes. Sin embargo, hay aspectos de mantenimiento y atención que deberían mejorar notablemente para estancias largas: Cocina y Limpieza: Aunque la habitación parecía limpia, la estufa de cristal tenía mucho cochambre acumulado y los utensilios estaban quemados o en mal estado. No se realizaron limpiezas durante mis dos semanas de estancia y faltaron insumos básicos como bolsas de basura o un estropajo en buen estado. Servicios básicos: Me pareció insuficiente que solo dejaran un rollo de papel higiénico para tantos días y que no hubiera detalles mínimos de bienvenida, como una botella de agua o jabón de cortesía. Atención y Conectividad: El personal es amable, pero casi todo se resuelve por WhatsApp en un horario muy estricto. Tuve problemas con el internet varios días y tuve que enviar evidencias fotográficas para que finalmente lo solucionaran. Es una opción práctica por su ubicación, pero recomiendo estar muy atento a estos detalles de servicio y equipamiento.

Achei o apartamento e atendimento excelentes. O único ponto negativo é o barulho grande da rua a noite, pir se tratar de uma área com muitos bares e eu fique no primeiro andar. Tirando isso, a hospedagem é excelente e recomendo.
