An amazing house. Simple perfection. Great location. Beautiful architecture and decor. Everything that a family would need. The host really thought of everything. The communication was excellent as well. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to go back.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin - well thought out, homey, and inviting interior. Great kitchen, bedroom layout and living/dining area. This part of Moonridge is both quaint and quiet, yet close to all. We loved the nice luxurious touch of Grown Alchemist toiletries accompanied by plentiful fluffy towels, bed pillows and covers. We would definitely consider returning to this property.

Great clean cabin with 3 separate bedrooms. One full bath and a half bath upstairs. Communication with the property management was excellent! They answered all our needs and questions. Had a wonderful stay at this cabin rental!

The cabin was great! Our family enjoyed it very much. It was clean, and supplied with everything we needed. Its in a great location, minutes from the zoo, stores and the summit. We loved it and will probably stay again!

This place was great for our 4 day cabin trip. Especially since it was my first time in Big Bear. I loved the wood floors and all features of the home. The binoculars and telescope provided were great to access although we didn’t have time to use them. Pros: nice home and model, nice details of the home we loved that featured the cabin model. Normal kitchen necessities were supplied. This was a plus since we planned on cooking a lot. Avant Stay also offered services to enhance your stay like a in-house massage or chef, provide groceries, or request a ride. I believe I would have used this featured had it snowed at the time I stayed. So super plus for their property. Cons: certain parts of the house don’t have heating vents. So the heat couldn’t properly flow heat into some of the rooms. Also, I did not like seeing dust flow around the borders of the floors of the home. I would have liked the house to be dusted a little more. However, it was a nice clean stay, when it came to the bed, kitchen, and restrooms. White sheets on the beds were very nice as well - wash cloths were not provided, but drying towels we’re. I would have loved to have some to wash up with. I had to go buy some. Pro: I was able to contact their customer support team, and they were able to pick up within minutes, which is also nice Incase you need assistance with your rental. Con: two restrooms, but one bath tub. Not such a big deal, but it would have been great to have two full size restrooms.
