Very centrally located however the apartment could use some maintenance as some of the fixtures were hanging off the wall, eg kitchen tap and bathroom fixtures. It was unfortunate to discover that there was no hot water (it was lukewarm at best) which made it very difficult to shower the kids. Also, electronic access to the room was frustrating as it required connection to the internet to get in and out of the apartment which as times would drop out. Otherwise, it was clean and tidy.

This is an appartament hotel, rooms are big and beautiful. Area is safe and many option for shopping and eating. Yoy can arrive by water taxi or water public transport. I suggest it, it it only 15 euros besides 90 or 120 euros for the water taxi.
