The property and overall condition of the room were clean and updated. However, there were dead flies in my room and it was missing multiple toiletries: bar soap, tissues, and silverware. Front desk wasn't able to account for tax exemption at check in and 48 hours after checkout have not received a receipt for my stay--front desk is not staffed 24 hours, I checked out prior to it being staffed in the morning.
