Hotel in dire need of updates. Dining chairs were peeling, the carpet had permanent stains and wasn’t vacuumed. The windowsills, mix matched lamp shades and sofa bed mattress were stained as well. We saw a bug on the floor and the kitchen had ants. The ceiling had water stains and the phone was missing buttons, the receiver was broken and it did not work. Overall, this was a very poor hotel that I do not recommend.

Super excellent customer service . I forgot to ask her but I have been using Tyson suites for a while and she’s ones of the best I’ve ever encountered. She really does go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is taken care of and happy. Doing an inter close by or even Columbia college students looking for something affordable and convenient for the Tyson’s corner area I would not think twice. Unless you’re looking for the Ritz Carlton then keep swiping.

The front desk attendant was awesome he was joking but professional he was explaining that they ran out of special envelopes for the door keys and he said promise we're not ghetto I promise we just ran out LOL I had a good time

This place is falling apart and the management will seek revenge if you give a bad rating which I had happen to me personally but I believe in karma I was a good paying guest staying weeks at a time and they tried to charge me $50 for a towel that I used to clean up a coke spill because a roach was in my cup and I threw the cup unbelievable !! glad to be away from that filthy place and the vindictive lady manager
