The Drift is in a great location. Easy walking distance to Palm Springs. Staff was wonderful, the room was clean. The only negative is the only place to store your clothes is a suitcase rack and a small hanging area. A dresser or cubbies would be great for this very affordable hotel

We had a nice stay at the Drift. No contact check in and out which was super easy. Convenient parking. Walkable area. Only suggestions are that for the price not having daily housekeeping was disappointing- who wants to clean or make their bed on vacation? Also- water should always be complementary at this price point. Almost 1K a night commands better service! Apart from that- it was ok.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Exceptional room, service, view and facilities. I wish we had longer there. Happy hour cocktails by the pool were a dream. Future guests booking via third parties should be aware of daily resort fee which weren’t clear when I booked.

The Drift Palm Springs was an excellent choice for us. With our family of four, we stayed in the four bedroom suite. It has two “master suites with their own baths, and two nicely sized rooms that share a bath. A large living room with full kitchen is in the common area. My stay here was just OK. The room was nice but much smaller than an average hotel room. The bed mattress sunk in and seemed worn out so sleeping wasn’t my favorite part of this trip. But the balcony was large & spacious. It was mentioned welcome drinks are given upon arrival, however it was misleading as 1) you had to ask 2) the concierge mentioned it wasn’t an alcohol beverage. However, he was nice enough to ask the bartender to make us margaritas anyways. Overall would rate this experience 3 out of 5.
