Rough night

This was a rough stay. The hotel room itself was very clean and nice, but the location ruined it for us. It’s next to a bar and skate park and music was absolutely booming until about 2am. And the curtains didn’t black out much of the parking lot light. Thankfully we brought a sound machine and the kids slept through it but my husband and I barely slept all night. I do feel like if we were on the opposite side, we would have had a better experience.

Muy buena opción para una estadía corta. Excelente atención, limpio, seguro, te dan todo desde café hasta tu cepillo de dientes, rastrillo, etc. Muy bonito, buenos acabados y actualizado. Lo único que tiene es que no tiene un buen aislamiento acústico así que es probable que escuches las voces de los vecinos, vehículos o el tren, no obstante, los demás aspectos lo compensan.

Nice staff

The room and staff are great, the location not so much. Be aware it’s a motel, open style hotel. Wouldn’t feel comfortable staying there alone ( as a woman). Cleanliness was a 10/10.

YES.. you’ll feel like you paid 3x’s more.

EXACTLY like the reviews said, such a great find and 10-15 minutes in morning traffic to NRG for StockShow. When you are driving close you think..hmmm of the neighborhood and honestly, not even sure why cause we never saw people out or anything going on, just not populated … not sure but turn in and it has wall barrier around it, everything is landscaped. Staff is SO nice, rooms look just like the photo but nicer!! Big counter by sink. Entire wall by TV is built in counter so lots of room to put you bags up off the floor without using that fold out thing. I hate having bags on the floor myself so loved all the space. Beds super comfy & nice. Coffee & bottles of water in the rooms. We didn’t eat breakfast so can’t speak to that. Showers and everything very nice. You’ll think you’re in an expensive hotel from inside your room even though it’s a motel. Also, staff let us know they have 31 cameras all the way around for added security so without asking, they get the word out to anyone staying, no funny business cause we are watching. I love it! Would totally stay again and the price is right

My Experience

Breakfast the next morning didn't have a working juice machine. Water pressure in the shower was low and the water didnt stay hot long. When i first checked in I was planning on buying pizza from the flyer that they had in the ròom. So i tried calling to order a pizza. The guy said we dont deliver pick up only. So i drove about 4 minutes to the location to see that they we selling pizza that has been sitting all day. So that was a dissappoinment.

Check in and service was great. Room was very clean with plenty of coffee and three different options of coffee creamers. The only complaint we had was the there were loud noises from the pipes in room 205. There were no hot water in the shower.

I loved this place. Absolutely recommend and will stay again. The upstairs folks and somebody at 4am in the morning was very inconsiderately playing loud music in their car before leaving. I didn't appreciate that. The staff was great though and I loved my room!!

Pros: -room was super clean -bed was comfy -nice toiletries (more than I’ve experienced at nicer places) -property was well maintained -well lit at night -lots of security cameras around the facility -affordable Cons: -location is not great. in an industrial area that was kinda run down -was like sleeping in a cardboard box. Cars, planes, and trains can be heard at all hours of the night. I’ve slept in various motels and this one was by far the least soundproofed. -our neighbor was blasting music til 2 in the morning. Around 12:45ish we called the front desk to let them know and nothing was done. Finally around 2, it died down. -it never gets fully dark in the room . they either need room darkening curtains or a pull down shade. -no hot water in the shower 2 nights in a row -tv remote worked when it wanted to -i accidentally booked an accessible room (my fault completely), the coffee maker was so high up I couldn’t even use it. I had to stand on a chair. So not sure that is accessible for someone confined to a wheelchair.
