Mario foi muito cordial, prestativo e acolhedor, a estrutura da hospedagem nos surpreendeu. Felizes por termos ficado no térreo, o que nos deu ainda mais comodidade. Rua silenciosa, o que não incomodou o fato da janela ser para rua. Nada a reclamar, só elogios.

El servicio de Mario es excelente, el problema fue que el baño quedaba afuera de la habitación y era compartido y en la aplicación de hotels.com no salía esa información. Estuvimos de buenas que no había más personas pero tener que usar un baño afuera si es incomodo. Mario nos hizo un descuento porque el baño tenía un daño.

Lovely place to stay, lovely hosts, very cosy and in the middle of Venice. The only problem for me was sharing bathroom but it was my choice (low budget and last minute booking as my reservation cancelled by another hotel on another website

Mario and Esmeralda were incredible hosts who took a lot of pride in providing quality customer service and were very helpful in the best ways to see Venice. Lovely breakfast provided, and a spacious, clean and comfortable stay. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Mario and Esmeralda treat their guests with such kindness and care. Breakfast was superb and we were treated with a packed one as well, due to the fact that we checked out early. We received a guide to make the most of Venice, including sone beautiful restaurants. We had such a memorable trip and we would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Mario and Esmeralda!

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Mario was a great host and helped by providing excellent recommendations for restaurants nearby and a suggested itinerary that explored some less tread routes. Nothing was too much trouble, for example accommodating a later check out time. The accomodation itself feels authentic and well located. Breakfast was lovely too. Would not hesitate to rebook.

We loved our stay at Mario and Esmeralda’s BB. The room was nicely equipped. Comfortable beds and bedding. They served delicious pastries in the morning. They offered advice on restaurants and where to go and how to get tickets. I hope we get to stay with them again in the future.

The hosts were friendly, helpful, efficient and the stay was amazing. We felt at home away from home. Every detail was addressed and accommodations were made for breakfast for us on our early departure morning. We were provided breakfast to our room the night before so we wouldnt miss out on that benefit. Would highly recommend!!

Un super séjour sur Venise. Mario et esmeralda sont d'une incroyable gentillesse. Bienveillants, prévenants, et pleins de très bons conseils, le tout en français 😜. L'emplacement est idéal et central pour faire l'ensemble de la ville qui est vraiment magnifique. Un moment hors du temps inoubliable.

Our host was very accommodating and informative, giving us dining and sight seeing options, along with a map of Venice upon arrival. The location is extremely central to the city and convenient for walking! Loved the charm of this B&B, as well as the delicious breakfast in the morning.
