Overall the stay was nice. The stairs were hard to navigate with heavy luggage. The Wi-Fi would not stay on and the water pressure was very low. It was clean and a great size. The location was amazing! I would stay again but in an upgraded suite.

We love this place and will stay again when we return to Florence! Centrally located… just a few steps to Duomo and David and Uffizi. Just in front of the main door across the street is Eataly, our favorite place for breakfast. Very clean room, comfy beds and kind staffs! We stayed in a quad room where the main reception was. The hotel has a stairs going to the main reception. For upper floors, there was a lift.

Amazingly located! Simple accommodations. Kind helpful staff. This isn’t a traditional hotel, in the sense that there isn’t always staff at the front desk. You need to carry your bags up the stairs, there isn’t an elevator and the hotel is on the second floor. The car can’t pull up right in front out it’s a short walk.
