Perfect location, good customer service.

The location is excellent. The room was adequate, a chair for the desk would be nice. A couple of drinking glasses would also be nice as well as a hand towel. The staff were very helpful and the place is spotless clean.

Limpieza y comodidad excelentes, la ubicacion es buena ya que prcticamente es en el centro y todo esta serca, el unico detalle es que no cuentan con estacionamineto y al ser el centro de la ciudad, resulta un poco complicado encontrar un espacio cerca para estacionarse.

El lugar bastante limpio y agradable, los recepcionistas de los más amables; todo excelente. Lo único es que tengo rotoescoliosis y el colchón era un poco rígido, pero eso debido a mi condición personal. Un lugar excelente.

En general muy bien, el personal muy amable, la habitación comoda, solo podrían poner una silla y cambiar el colchon, el que nos toco esta deforme. Ubicación céntrica, en general muy agradable nuestra estancia. Gracias

The did not smell like other hotels where they have a sewer smell. The hotel is fairly new.

It was a very basic room but it had what we needed for a one night stay. There was a balcony but it was large enough for only one person to walk out the door and stand on. Whenever we left the the hoyel we had to leave our room key with the front desk agent, which was different. But the service was good and they were very friendly.

En general es un buen lugar para quedarse, los empleados amables, el lugar impecable, lo único que veo como negativo es que hay demasiado ruido y poco transporte, que no es culpa del Hotel, pues está en el Centro de la Ciudad.

Me agrado mi estadía en el Hotel Maribel, el personal muy amable y todo está muy limpio.

Al inicio tuve problemas con el pago de la propiedad pero todo se solucionó inmediatamente. El personal que atiende el hotel excelentes chicos, súper amables, el hotel súper limpio, accesible a todo y cómodas habitaciones.

Small hotel but it had an elevator, unheard of in most of Mexico. Friendly desk staff, fairly quiet at night. 4 blocks from the town square, lots of good restaurants and good street food in the park across from the hotel. Only negative was no kettle or coffeemaker in the room or in the hotel.
