8/10 Very good

Great location. Walking distance into old Quebec. Rooms were clean but very small and dated on a loud Main Street. There was no staff to help or ask questions. Self check in and out with key codes. Overall ok for the price.

8/10 Very good

This room was very nice and more closely located to attractions and Old Quebec City. Found Av. Cartier to be better for us than the old town.
Paul, 3-night trip

The location is excellent, we loved the self check-in, the area is perfect, the room was beyond expectation. Parking is a little inconvenient.

Convenient and quiet

Nice quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the major attractions. Very close to the Plains of Abraham and Martello Tower 2.
Dinesh, 4-night trip

Good location for short stay.
Cassidy, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

Dust on lamps and baseboards. Very noisy plumbing when you shower
Robin, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room did not seem to have been vacuumed. The A/C likely did not work well, so they put a portable unit in. This would have been OK, but they attached the exhaust to posterboard and duct taped it to an open window - the tape did not hold - rather tacky. It would be a very nice place if cleaner and a working A/C unit. The bed was nice and the location is great.
David, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Basic selfcheck room, but clean. It was quite and fairly cheap because it was mid-week

8/10 Very good

When we arrived, the code for the entrance et our room didn’t work. We had to call and text the staff so we had to wait maybe 20 minutes in total to have acces to our room. The room was a bit smelly (in close smell) but the room was clean. Very close to all restaurant and down town the location was perfect
Melodie, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Basically the building is old but the location is really good. It is close to Old Quebec downtown and also nature around is good.
Sangmyung, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel was clean and pleasant - glaring issue was how loud everything was. Very difficult to sleep when you can hear every door being closed and every foot step throughout the building.
Alex, 3-night trip

This is an amazing accommodation! Walkable from the core of the town and still quiet ! The common area has all the necessary amenities. The rooms are big and very well organized. Will definitely stay again.

Manoir de la Tour review

Our room number was changed 3 times in the 2 days before our stay, which was annoying. Room was small but very homey and basically clean. Had a few cobwebs and some mold in bathroom shower corners. The bed was very firm, which we didn't like, but is a personal preference. The location was perfect. Felt very safe, quiet street and only 15 min. walk from all the sites.
Lisa, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We were there for 3 nights with family and couldn’t have asked for a better location. All the major sights, restaurants and even a grocery store was nearby. Mike was really cool and helpful. Wish there was a kettle in the room but it was accessible. For the money, it did exceed our expectations.
M, 3-night trip

In a good location. Over the weekend there was nobody around to help. Had trouble getting parking 1st night..Someone was in my spot. Emergency contact person unable to resolve.

Recently, I had a magical overnight stay in Quebec City. The historic charm of Old Quebec, cozy accommodations, and delectable local cuisine made for an unforgettable experience. Exploring the cobblestone streets, enjoying the warmth of the locals, and witnessing the city's nighttime transformation were highlights. The room, tastefully decorated, provided a comfortable retreat. Despite just one night, Quebec City's cultural richness left a lasting impression, making it a must-visit destination. Overall, it was a great choice for a memorable stay in this charming city. Highly recommended.
Oleksii, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We liked the keyless system. We reported one (very) minor issue and it was dealt within 20 mins (very quick). Being an older building and having the room next to the main entrance, the room wasn’t very soundproof; we could hear people come and go through the main entrance. Also, the a/c unit was noisy.
Rene, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

the property was clean and comfy. A little more thought can be given as to how many guests are checking in to the room eg only 2 sets of towels provided for 3 guests It took a while to get a text response with the virtual response set up / but we did eventually get a response when we asked any question and the staff did make an extra effort to assist with inquiries and provisions. Thanks.
