From outside looks antique, but from inside your room its gem. Its very clean and rooms are large. Its about 850 sqft approximately but that's just my feel. Washroom is very big. Renovation might have been done recently so its good. We had good experience overall. This is probably best price per hotel room you can find in Italy.

We loved this place to stay at while in Venice, it had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and safe and we’d absolutely stay here again. Communication with the staff was so easy and fast when we needed. It was a fantastic location to food and drinks and museums but not too busy like other spots in Venice can get with tourists. We truly loved Venice and this hotel really helped with that.

The location was incredible!! Perfect balance of being tucked away from all the touristy areas while still having easy access to get anywhere in Venice. This was a perfect stay for a couple! We had just enough space for the 2 of us and our luggage. We loved the local area, coffee shops, restaurants, and the piazza right outside was perfect for grabbing an evening spritz. We hope to be back!

This property is very cute and cozy. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. They helped provide dining recommendations as well as set up water taxi service for us to the airport. Check in was easy and the communications were clear and detailed. There are a lot of things to do and see within short walking distance!!

We had a fantastic stay in Venice! The location was perfect—right in the center, but not too crowded, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby.
