The room was clean, great view , quite, relaxing environment. Great breakfast. I have been visiting this hotel for the past 10 years. Will definitely return. Thanks to the courteous staff and owner.

In terms of pricing sure book it since it is so cheap. However keep in mind that you pay for what you get. Most staff was very in welcoming. When arrived they gave no information about the property at all. Keep in mind that the property is very far from the main road so you can walk but it is very time consuming and tiring. The shuttle is a great perk for this but it is unreliable

Remote, inaccessible location. Don't be deceived by the internet re: distance to amenities. You'll be dependent on taxis for every departure from the premises. Late night outings expose you to risky returns in a largely desolate, hilly and bushy locality. If you don't have a car, return home will be a challenge. Never opt for breakfast here - except you love tinned sausages. Horrible service. Ever heard of rooms being cleaned only if you ask? I was shocked when told. Yet, cockroaches roam freely. The premises has no information leaflets to guide tourists. I won't recommend this place to anyone

Breakfast was excellent. It was a bit late opening one day but it was still good. Older property but excellent view. Location is up on a hill so this needs to be taken into account depending on where you'll need to go and how frequently you'll be going to and from the hotel daily during your stay.

The rooms was clean but the bed sheets was looking dingy and had a cigarette hole on it, the rags and towel was dingy looking, toilet would not flush, and they had a very bad smell coming in from the toilet, breakfast was very good and this also has a very good view of the city

Do not recommend. When we arrived the man was rude took us to 2 rooms that had no sheets or pillows. The rooms had a funny smell. The 3rd room was better but not good had sheets fridge that didn’t work. No covers just a thin sheet. Only good thing was the driver with the gold teeth who ran me to the store. This place shouldn’t be listed on this site. It doesn’t meet anyone standards

- Room had to be changed 3 times. - Bed linens were stained. - Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when asked to change rooms - said there were no housekeeping on duty. - Bathroom towels were all mismatched in color as well as heavily stained. - Vanity drawers contained a spider and cobwebs. - Room did not even have a complimentary coffeemaker or anything to make a cup of tea in the morning. - Fridge in the room was filthy. - Curtains in room was not opaque and allowed light through. - Bed moved throughout the night whilst asleep (wheels could not lock). - Bathtub was too high for my and edges were sharp. - No vending machines available on premises. - Available on premises was undercooked. - Tables in dining room/area were all dusty and filthy. - Wifi did not work throughout my stay. - TV remote did not contain batteries. I had to ask front desk clerk for batteries and she was already annoyed. - Lastly, the overall appearance of this establishment looked liked a seedy motel where you would go to have a one-night stand!

Two main problems. 1. The supposed facilities did not exist. No bar. Only 1 out of 3 pools. No gift shop. No spa services. In 5 days the room was not cleaned once! A shuttle service to the airport that wasn’t available despite requesting in advance as required. 2. Reception staff that gave the impression that they just didn’t want us there. Or to be there themselves. Trinidad and the people were wonderful but they were the exception
