Location is excellent, with train/metro/bus stations in 5min walk. The room needs a make up as did not look as in the picture. But it was clean, safe, and simple.

Muita atenciosos os proprietários... Local excelente, pois fica próximo a Central Termine. Várias opções por perto. Custo x benefício correspondem... Tem que estar disposto a dividir o quarto e as consequências .... Taxas de 10.50 euros em dinheiro. 1.00 euro po dia pela internet.

Great location, nice and clean.

Everything was good, only CON: they said breakfast included, well that is basically a lie, a crescent roll in plastic with a tiny little pre-packaged thing of "toast" and i mean TINY, along with a small packet of coffee. This is NOT a breakfast and should not be labeled as so. That said, it was a great place: great location, clean, helpful staff, up to date.

Except for the location, not recommendable to stay. Airconditioner was not working properly so I and my mom suffered hot and sweaty night and the electricity was gone during my shower as well. Refrigerator was not working too. But the location and the prices were ok.

Good location but aircon was not working in 36 c in sizzling Rome. The landlady did not change the room in the hottest day in Rome. I and my mom could not sleep at all with sweating for the whole night.

Cerca de Termini.

Cerca de la estación termini que te lleva a todas partes. Habitaciones anticuadas. Mencionan que tienen aire acondicionado en las habitaciones pero no funciona, yo lo reporte y aún así no lo arreglaron. El refrigerador tampoco servia. Pueden encontrar uno mejor.

Terrible place to stay!

Not recommended. The beds are squeaky. Room is hot and Air conditioning doesn't work. Its next to a busy street and you can hear loud noises all through the night. Don't fall for free breakfast. Its just some bread and milk and coffee thats kept in your room. Shared bathroom which is so disgusting. Bathroom floors are always wet and more that 3 rooms (10+) people share the same bathroom. Horrible place to stay!

Meglio altro

Camera buona e a grandi linee pulita. La camera era ubicata in altra zona a circa 800m da dove fatto check-in. Alla reception non parlava bene italiano! (straniera a Roma!) La camera in generale era pulita, ma sul soffitto c'erano evidenti macchie misto umidità/sporcizia. Non c'era la tv come descritto. La colazione era composta da 1 brioche e 1 marmellata confezionate e cialda caffè. Tutto sommato... da evitare!

Good hotel with resonable price.

I want to thank you to Diana who take care of everything in B&T rooms. She was very kind and tried to be very helpful to every guests who stayed in this hotel. My room was big with two beds. It was really clean with good room cleaning service. I had to share bathrooms but it works well with me. Bathrooms are very clean with good condition. I'll go back here again on my next journey of Rome.

Les photos ne représente pas l'hôtel , pas d'indication d'hôtel devant le bâtiment me paraît un peu douteux ... petit déjeuner brique de lait et croissant embalé très médiocre du coup obligé de prendre mon petit dej dehors je ne conseille pas du tout cet hotel

Muy antentos

Tras un error en la reserva (por parte de hoteles.com), los responsables del hotel nos consiguieron acomodar en una habitación libre y fueron muy atentos para solucionar el problema, incluso nos recompensaron con una habitación mejor que la reservada (cuando ellos no tenían la culpa). Respecto al hotel: muy bien situado y la zona, aunque no es la mejor de Roma, está bastante decente. El hotel son varios apartamento en el mismo barrio y en general esta bastante bien cuidado y limpio. En resumen, buena relación calidad/precio.

Great for the money!

Claudia was sweet and organized :) Room was in building closer to Termini was perfect for morning exit to airport shuttle. A/C, 24hour key, clean, shared bathroom with only 1 other room, included small breakfast. No elevator. Recommend for solo traveller or couple on a budget. Would stay again for sure!

A hostel close to Termini

I had never stayed a hostel. I am 44 yrs old and the crowd in this place was half my age. Even though I had a private room, I had a bit of a hard time trying to sleep because of the noise my neighbors were doing. Apart from this, the hostel was very clean and 2 blocks away from Termini Station from where you can take trains and metro. Area is not too nice, lots of beggars sleeping on the streets but they didn't cause any problem and I felt safe at all times.

Apesar da localização ser boa (perto da estação termini de Roma e perto de restaurantes) o hotel, pra começar não tem placa, tivemos que perguntar uma pessoa onde ficava, e depois a moça que nos recepcionou, dona do apartamento, falou que nao podíamos levar a mala, pois nosso quarto ficava em outro prédio e era muito alto e não tinha elevador. Ai, ela nos deu sacolas pra tirarmos nossa roupa da mala e colocar nas sacolas para irmos a pé para o hotel. Chegando lá, era um apartamento de dois quartos com banheiro compartilhado, onde um quarto estava um casal e nós ficamos em outro. O colchão é péssimo e as condições estruturais do prédios estão bem ruins.
