We loved our place at the Long Beach Suites! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly want including a washer and dryer. It is so close to the beach! We loved sitting in the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. I didn’t realize I needed to checked messages through Expedia in order to check in. Once I figured that out, it was pretty easy. And the text messages were super helpful. Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back!

The check in was mainly our ignorance of checking in the way they had it set up on line. They had sent us what was needed beforehand but this is the FIRST ONLINE CHECKIN we had experienced so I wasn’t aware of any notifications beforehand. Next time I will watch for the notices. The room , location and facility was worth a 10. The cleaning lady who only spoke Portuguese helped us a great deal and we were greatful for her help. There were no onsite personnel. Would definitely recommend here! Close to beach and nice cooking in kitchen because eating out is to expensive now. June 14-2026

Easy parking, great looking furnishings. But the only problem we had was that the internet and wireless was very slow and constantly dropped signals. The individual room thermostats with remotes were not so intuitive.

6/10 不错

The intentions for self check in could be a positive experience however - parking signage is not consistent at this location. Items for general awareness. Entry door to building and to suites were loose and did not accept code provided for the entire stay. The flooring materials were not installed completely. Bathroom door did not latch properly. Blinds in bedroom were damaged and leaning against the wall. Shower curtain was damaged and did not close - leaving gaps for water leakage onto the floor. Bathroom sink was clogged and drained slow. Other Suite doors were left open and presented safety concerns. Fencing around the property was damaged and not complete. Main area ceiling fan was not functioning. AC controller had a note attached with request on setting limitations. Pillows were small and on the cheaper end. Gap between the bed and wall left opportunities for pillow and bedding loss. The blinds left gaps for exterior to interior viewing. Damaged bath vanity cabinets. Sand present in the pull out sofa/bed. Cracks in the walls at the suite entrance and hall pass thru to bed and bath area present and presents questionable structure integrity. Has potential of providing a better experience but seems run down and not well managed. Dave Leach

2/10 较差

Overall less than satisfied with the response of the rental. The kitchen was not equipped with basic essential items. Such as 2 broken can openers. No pot holders for the oven. Chipped/broken plates/cups. Most non stick cookware was scratched an non usable as well as the plastic utensils. They were melted and dirty. The main issue was a fire alarm that kept going off every 5-10 minutes. We had not cooked or done anything in the room that evening. Dinner was take out pizza. After 2-3 hours of texting with the office, we were told that they had no one to send out to check the problem. At 10pm, we were offered another room which did not accomodate our party. The neighbors next to us and above were also concerned for their safety. Extremely disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful and the location was perfect. It is maybe 1/2 block to a block to the beach. So much to do nearby. The communication from the start was wonderful! We are already planning on returning!
