Rooms closer to Rainey street are definitely noisy on Fridays and Saturdays from the many places playing music but its not really the hotels fault. Sunday night was fine and prettu quiet. Its not far from lots of things to do in downtown.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we check out, the lady at the front was wonderful! She made us feel like family. The bartender was spot on and nice to talk to. Other than the room itself. It was good just not wow. Room was excellent sized. But one set of powered recliners didn’t work and the oddest thing. No silver wear. Had pans. Plates and cooking utensils but not one fork, spoon etc. parking is tight so if you drive you’ll want a small to medium vehicle. Trucks were definitely a challenge to park in the garage. Bar has finger foods but nothing substantial. Especially for the price.
