隔音实在是太糟糕了基本等于没有，隔壁房间和门外的动静听得一清二楚……早餐时间是很尴尬的8点到10点不过可以提前去。床上有烟灰和头发。空调会咔哒作响。睡眠轻就别订这里了。虽然地段很好。

交通便宜

这是我第二次住这家旅馆，这次住的在另一栋楼上，不同的楼梯，吃早餐的地方也不同。房间挺舒适，不过两人房的床不大，相对空间较小。早餐不算很丰富，总体ok。旅馆的前台十分热情，也很helpful，从这里去岛上的景点，无论坐水上巴士还是走路去都好方便。最近的水上巴士站是1号线的Academia，不过必须的果那条学院桥，刚到时提着20公斤的行李上下桥很辛苦，走的时候就去另一个很近的站叫S.Samuele,是2号线的，可以直接到火车站附近的路上公交站坐5号巴士去机场。

Personnel très désagréable et pas arrangeant même avec toutes les explications donnés ils voulaient annuler ma réservation car ma banque par sécurité avait bloqué la transaction (explications comme quoi le problème avait été résolu mais ils ne cherchent à trouver une solution mais seulement mais laisser comme ça avec deux bébés) au départ il faut payer pour pouvoir laisser des sacs à dos gardés le temps de prendre l avions. Je ne trouve pas ça très courant comme pratique.

Super convenient to either the S. Samuel or the Accademia ferry stop line 2 for daily use. Cristina arranged for a private water taxi to and from the Marco Polo airport since the Foresteria Levi has its own boat dock. If you are traveling with luggage the S. Samuel is the easiest way since there is only one very small bridge to cross vs. the large Accademia bridge. Stayed in the quadruple room which was a loft style room with a queen bed and a twin bed upstairs and 2 twin beds downstairs that could have easily been put together for a 2nd couple. This room would ultimately accommodate 5 people is necessary but keep in mind only one bathroom which is downstairs. Small sitting area with two chairs, mini fridge and a safe. Last but not least the air conditioning in the room was AMAZING and very cold. You control the temperature, the flow and the speed vs having the hotel control the settings. The air flowed great for both levels of the room. Cristina was an amazing host and I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Venice.

I book a room that had a loft but they put me in a room without one on first night and the ac was not even working. They refused to refund me or credit me. But they did put me into the loft room for second night which was a lot better and what I had booked for. But the hassle of packing my bags and taking them down storing them in lockers was a huge hassle

This was our first hotel on a 3-week European holiday and one of the best properties. Their breakfast was, by far, our favorite of the entire trip. Great selection of food that was constantly and meticulously overseen by the staff. Our room was quiet and good air conditioning and the hotel elevator made moving bags very easy. We like to stay at properties that are outside the most heavily touristed areas of a city and this property delivered. You're still just a 10-minute walk from the "action" but can enjoy a quiet night's sleep. Yet you're still a 2-minute walk to the Grand Canal and the gorgeous Accademia Bridge. An Alilaguna stop is that same 10-minute walk so getting to the airport couldn't be easier. Love this hotel.
