Terrible condition at the room. It was very old and in bad shape and need an upgrade and smelled bad. The ac was very loudly and makes a strange sound that’s was very noisy when you try to sleep.

Das Personal ist durchweg ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl das Hotel direkt neben dem Flughafen liegt (auch mit Gepäck fußläufig zu erreichen) haben wir auf dem Zimmer nichts vom Flughafen / den Flugzeugen gehört.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Clean, very friendly staff, very nice restaurants and swimming pool. Hotel has convenient location nearby Langkawi airport close to markets, restaurants and beaches. Food in the hotel is excellent, buffet breakfast and buffet dinners. Christmas and New Year's parties were very nicely organized with excellent food. Altogether, we are very satisfied with hotel and can highly recommend it for visitors to Langkawi.

Great room (we were upgraded to a junior suite). Helpful staff. Nice pool, good food. Dropped a point as shower floor filled with water and didn’t drain - really dangerous, and the pool was slippery around it. Again dangerous. Very close to hotel, easy to get to main beach.

La chambre n'était pas au top à notre arrivée Mais le responsable Madame Chezza et ses assistantes dont Mushoud ont fait leur maximum pour nous satisfaire. Elles ont été au petit soin pour nous. Sachant que nous restions 12 jours pour 1 évènement spécial. Chaque jour ; nous avions de petites assiettes de gourmandises qui nous attendaient après le dîner. It was okay, not amazing but not too bad. A little tired looking and carpets in hallways to rooms didn’t smell great and could do with a refresh. Toilets at reception were broken and breakfast was ok but not much choice. Staff and concierge were very friendly. It just need a very big glow up from an interior point of view, also the sun loungers were dirty and the cushions need replacing.

We were booked for 6 nights but could only tolerate 1 night, the rooms were not cleaned properly mould all over the shower, pool Was filthy as where the sun bed by the pool, the hotel food was average and the buffet was a total miss, tablecloth were all stained and the area was not clean they were only catering to Indian food throughout the buffet, will not return to this hotel

客室はやや古い作りになっていました。室内はエアコンが効くため快適でした。 朝食はエアコンが効いていないので暑く感じるときもありました。朝食の内容には満足しました。 大きなスーツケースですが、ホテルの方が運んでくれると言いながら運んでもらえなかったので注意してください。 清掃は満足できる内容でした。ペットボトルの水を一人2本ずつ毎日部屋に置いていただけた。 トイレのペーパーは日本で使うように使うと少ないかもしれないです。 バスタブにお湯を張るとき、途中から水になってしまった。給湯設備の問題だと思います。
